Japanese Executive Chef Rinnosuke Mouri and his team at Yamazato mark the Christmas season with a traditional multi-course Kaiseki dinner.
Special ingredients to make your Christmas memorable include bluefin tuna, king crab, shrimp, oyster, Wagyu beef sirloin, and more.

SAKE FLIGHT AT YAMAZATO
Available until 31 December 2020
The premium sake flight features a collection of three varieties from Hakkaisan that showcase unique flavors and craftsmanship. Sake lovers can savor 60 ml pours of Hakkaisan Tokubetsu Junmai, Honjozo, and Junmai Ginjo.
Brewed at the foot of Mount Hakkai in Niigata Prefecture, Hakkaisan uses the mountain’s pure spring water to produce its sake.
