PHOTOGRAPHY
To help keep pupils and staff safe this Autumn term,
Colorfoto have developed a best practice contactless Accredited
Photo Day.
Compliant
Our contactless photo system ensures physical
distancing and good hygiene. We will, of course, comply
with the Operational Guidance for schools. Our
photographers carry an enhanced DBS certificate and
so are fully traceable.

All parent orders may be placed online. This will
eliminate the need for orders and cash to be handed
into school.

Where group photographs are not possible, we are
offering gallery composite photographs as illustrated
below.

To assist your school with safeguarding, we can supply a
SIMS auto upload file and photograph any staff you
require on Photo Day.

Contactless Photography System

Before Photo Day

School sends SIMS or Student Data to Colorfoto
Named Barcode cards will be printed and stored

During Photo Day

Photographers will wear a face covering and all equipment is cleaned
before and after Photo Day
Barcode cards will be supplied to school in a sealed bag

School staff will need to be available to distribute barcode cards to pupils,
manage the queue and gather classes
Colorfoto photographers will set up the studio ensuring a
2 metre distance from pupils
Internal siblings may be photographed together during the day
Pupils or a member of staff will scan the barcode card
Pupils will stand for their photo - no seat will be used
Pupils will take the barcode card home to register online
Registered users will received an email notification when photos are
online and ready to order

After Photo Day

Proof order forms will be printed and stored for 72 hours before being
sent to school to be handed out

Parents may place their order online at www.clickfoto.co.uk

Parents will have the option of FREE delivery to school or FAST delivery
to home

Colorfoto will deliver one batch of orders to school to be handed out

Our parent helpline is open for any parents needing help placing their
order

The school may choose to have return to school order forms printed and
allow written orders to be returned to school with payment and then
forwarded to Colorfoto. Please advise us before Photo Day if this is an
option your parents would prefer.
