IN THE GAME

Arlington Chapter held its annual Program Planning
Retreat June 25, 2022. The theme was Level Up! Get

in the Game. A video game controller was used to
show that programming at the chapter level is in our

control, we have the power to Level Up! our
programming. The purpose of the retreat was to
educate the mothers about Jack and Jill of America
programming, the heart of the organization. Tools
were provided to Level Up! grade group and chapter
wide activities. The Mothers of Arlington Chapter
aim to create Black Joy, which is a safe space where
our children are free to thrive, be loved and seen as

wonderful, fantastic and gifted.

their own grade group
