The 18th century facade of the Grade I listed Mansion House reĚects the style and elegance
of this celebrated property and its illustrious past. It is surrounded by historic gardens,
parkland and meadow. Yet Luton Hoo’s exterior conceals luxurious accommodation,
innovative cuisine, superb meeting and banqueting facilities and quality support and service
which belong ęrmly in the 21st century.

Nestling on the banks of the River Lea, Warren Weir, a contemporary purpose-built
meeting venue, the design of which was inspired by the Arts and Crafts estate coĴages,
comprises ęve dedicated function rooms, hospitality lounge, 84 suites and bedrooms and its
own leisure facilities.

The country club was the original Robert Adam’s stables form the centre piece, with the
Club House welcoming golfers to enjoy our par 73, 18 hole course and the 19th Hole for
relaxation...Adam’s Brasserie and Bar for a more relaxed dining experience and adjacent
meeting facilities...the Spa featuring treatment and relaxation rooms, indoor pool and gym,
and 12 bedrooms and suites furnished.

Mansion House

The Mansion House contains 35 stately and exquisitely decorated rooms and suites, the
varying sizes and styles of which mean that no two rooms are alike. With outstanding
features including silk lined and panelled walls, marble ęreplaces and ornately decorated
ceilings. A landscaped courtyard with covered pergola provides the walkway from the
Mansion House to the Parkland Wing, which features 38 air-conditioned bedrooms and
suites, including the stunning Roof Garden Suite.

Mansion House

The grandeur of the Great Hall epitomises the style of the Mansion House and the Pillared
Hall and Italianate Drawing Room provide a peaceful oasis for morning coěee, an informal
meeting with colleagues or pre dinner drinks.

The original State Dining Rooms and Grinling Gibbons Room have been sensitively restored
and are now the seĴing of the award winning Wernher Restaurant. Its exotic marble
panelwork and richly coloured fabrics provide a stunning backdrop for the enjoyment of
superb cuisine and wines.

With 17 fully equipped suites and syndicate rooms of varying sizes containing the very best
facilities, a licence for civil ceremonies and a range of private dining venues, the Mansion
House at Luton Hoo has the versatility to meet any requirement.

Surrounded by the lake and tributaries of the River Lea, Warren Weir oěers a tranquil, yet
all encompassing, meeting venue complementing the facilities of the Mansion House, but
capable of accommodating larger meetings and events where exclusivity is important.

The Warren Weir Suite, complete with private garden and overlooking the River Lea,
comprises ęve individually designed function rooms adaptable for conference or leisure use
and licensed for weddings and civil ceremonies, Warren Lounge, business desk, syndicate
suite and dedicated leisure facilities.

The Lea Suite on the ground Ěoor oěers the largest of Warren Weir’s conferencing spaces.

Sport/Leisure

The Country Club is housed within the historic stables building and features the Club
House for golfers and The Spa at Luton Hoo with treatments using specially blended
organic products, a relaxation room and gym, equipped with the latest Technogym and
Wellness systems.

The 18 metre indoor swimming pool is housed in a striking oak framed building with
sliding doors opening along one side. There is also an inęnity pool, a vitality pool with
steam room, sauna, saunarium and experience showers.

As you would anticipate, an estate of this size aěords a wealth of opportunities for
motorised, sporting and teambuilding activities for your important leisure time. Our par 73,
7107 yard course will provide all levels of golfers with an exciting round. As one of the
longest 18 hole courses in the UK, there are a series of subtly challenging landscape features,
including six holes with water obstacles, to test your skill.

There’s tennis on the restored Victorian grass court or the two all-weather courts in the heart
of Flower Garden Wood, shooting clay pigeon, boating on the 50 acre lake, archery, falconry
– just a taste of the recreations awaiting you. If you simply wish to explore the estate on foot
or horseback and maybe study the bird and wildlife, mapped walks and guides are available
from the hotel.

Warren Weir’s private and tranquil location provides endless possibilities for event
organisers as the courtyard, gardens and immediate areas are perfect for receptions, larger
product launches and team building events...or for pure relaxation with a drink after the
stresses of the day, overlooking the river and weir and spoĴing the many species of
wildfowl which are abundant in the surrounding water meadows.

The superb leisure facilities are available on the lower ground Ěoor of the Warren Weir
Suite. An impressive 18 metre indoor swimming pool with whirlpool, ętness studio with
Technogym and snooker room are available for your exclusive use.

Golf

There had only ever been a Victorian nine-hole course on the Luton Hoo estate, so it came as
a design challenge to create what is, at 7,107 yards, one of the longest 18-hole golf courses in
the UK, while simultaneously preserving the Grade 1 listed parkland in which it is situated.
The outcome is an immaculate course that oěers a series of subtly challenging landscape
features including six holes with water obstacles.

Practice Areas

sized puĴing/ short game area green plays host to lessons and pre round practice.

ƒ Driving range - Our picturesque driving range has eight covered bays with target out
towards the parkland. Perfect for practice, warm up and a great facility to receive
tuition and improve your game.

ƒ Chipping Green - Situated next to the driving range is an excellent short game
practice area with several holes placed for varying practise shots.

Leave M1 at Junction 10 signposted Luton Airport. Drive along dual carriageway to Kidney Wood
roundabout (Junction 10a of M1). Take third exit (London Road) A1081 signposted for Harpenden.
Continue along road for approximately 1/2 mile and then turn left into

BY RAIL:
Luton Parkway Station is situated a 5 minute taxi ride away and has a frequent 30 minute service into
