NEWS UPDATE - SPRING 2021

A Mission United - PATH Joins the PAC family.

PATH joined the Pregnancy Aid Clinic team on March 1,
expanding the critical mission to lift-up women and families.
PATH - Post Abortion Treatment and Healing - exists to serve
anyone seeking healing after abortion. PATH is a safe place to
explore grief, denial, pain, anger, confusion and any other
emotion a woman or man may experience after involvement
with abortion.
The PATH-PAC merger is already proving to be a fruitful collaboration. PATH Program Director Liz Youngs and PATH
Administrator Trinnie Siegel sometimes receive calls from women who have not yet had an abortion, but are
planning for one. As they agonize over the decision they know they are going to regret, these women sadly anticipate
the need for healing. The mother of a young child called PATH recently, sharing that her baby’s father was in prison
and she simply felt she couldn’t go through her pregnancy alone. She was scheduled for an abortion. It would be her
fifth. Praise God, the PATH/PAC team joined forces that day.
Ms. Youngs and PAC Director of Client Care, Michele Griner worked together to help this woman envision the child’s
future and the unique personality and character that was forming in the womb. When the client saw her baby’s
heartbeat on the ultrasound screen, she instantly changed her mind and chose to parent the baby. The PATH team
continues to work with this client to heal from past abortions as she fosters her pregnancy.

From the desk of Lisa Regan,
PAC Executive Director

Dear Friends,

Glory to the gift of the Resurrection, warm spring mornings, and the dawn of a
new day. Can we all raise a Hallelujah? Truly, joy is in the air, despite continual
challenging circumstances for so many people, particularly families fearing the
unknown. Faith tells us we can experience joy even in the face of suffering. It’s a
dichotomy only revealed through the mystery of the Holy Trinity and the
manifestation of Christ’s love in our lives.

How blessed we are at PAC to invite the beautiful PATH ministry into our clinics. The work to protect and
honor the sanctity of life and dignity of all people grows and grows. Thanks be to God, the laborers in the
field are abundant. Together, with our donors, parish communities, volunteers, prayer warriors and
courageous clients - we build the Kingdom of God through unconditional love.

For Life, Lisa Regan, PAC Executive Director

From the desk of Liz Youngs - PATH Program Director

Dear Friends,

Today I share great gratitude for all of the supporters of the PATH (post abortion
treatment and healing) ministry. Thank you for your continuous gifts and prayers as we
make our transition into the PAC family. It is truly a blessing to be able to say that lives
have been, and will continue to be, changed through God’s awesome redemptive power

of mercy and PATH programming.

Joining the PAC family will help us extend our reach to those that may have been struggling with the decision to
terminate a pregnancy in the past, as well as those who are currently struggling with making that decision today!
Integrating more closely as a team with PAC, we are able to connect women and men swiftly to the type of care
they need - at whatever stage in their pregnancy decision-making process.

With our supporters behind us and God before us, I have no doubt that we will continue to share love, hope

and the message of God’s great mercy for those in need. 1 John 4:18-19

Clinic Updates

Amazing Client Becomes Donor

Pictured right: former PAC client / current PAC donor - Kiera Hunter, her son and some of her donated items.

When Kiera needed some extra help when she was pregnant, PAC was
there for her. For 3 years she participated in programs, attended
classes, sought mentorship and earned items as she learned valuable
parenting skills.

Just a month ago, Kiera showed up at PAC with loads of donations for
our clients. She said, "I knew once I got on my feet I would donate or
volunteer for PAC." She has since started a business as a Virtual
Assistant & Couponer and used her great couponing skills to buy
supplies for other moms that need some extra help. Kiera said "if it
were not for [PAC staff], my son and I wouldn't be where we are today. I
look forward to continuing to donate."

Working with all the women and families at PAC, we hope that the
seeds we are planting take root and grow. This is one of those cases
where we can truly see the fruit of those plantings. "I feel like this is the
ultimate compliment to receive. To see our programming go full circle
is so beautiful and meaningful," said Courtney Cook, PAC Director of
Education.

PATH Joins the PAC Family

Above: Liz Youngs & Trinnie Siegal Women experiencing unexpected pregnancy come to PAC seeking pregnancy tests,
ultrasounds, tangible support and direction for their tumultuous lives. Some clients
have suffered through a past abortion and need tremendous support to choose life
for their current pregnancy. Our role is to provide comfort and reveal God’s mercy in
the midst of complex and difficult life circumstances.

Liz Youngs has been with PATH since 2014, after she participated in PATH’s Bible Study and Rachel’s Vineyard Retreat
in 2010 to receive healing for her own past abortions. Since, she has led countless retreats and Bible Studies and has
continued to develop the programs to best serve PATH’s clients. She attends St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Marietta with
her husband and daughter.

Trinnie Siegel has been serving with PATH since she attended a PATH Bible Study and a Rachel’s Vineyard Retreat in
2001, 28 years after her abortion. She has led retreats and Bible Studies in English and Spanish for two decades.
Trinnie is retired from the corporate world, having previously worked in Fortune 500 firms.

God has brought the PAC and PATH ministries together to do His work to protect, lift up, heal, and dignify all life.
We are excited to welcome both women and PATH volunteers into the PAC family to educate, inform, and counsel,
providing resources and options to support the choice of life.

It's not too late!! REGISTER TODAY.

Client & Initiative Update

The Impact of Making a Decision

Client L suffers from regret. Living with the decision to terminate a
pregnancy in the past hasn't been easy for her. She thinks back to
it often and wonders "what if?"

The next time Client L found herself pregnant, she discussed it
with the father of the baby. He said he wasn't ready to parent
because of his career. He told Client L to make her own decision,
but he preferred she have an abortion.

Thank goodness Client L came to PAC looking for support. The PAC Client L and son LK (above) are happy, healthy and safe with

Archdiocese of Atlanta

US Bishops & Archdiocese of Atlanta are Committed to Walking with Moms in Need

Walking with Moms in Need is an initiative by the US Bishops to connect parishes to pregnant women in need in
their communities. Archbishop Gregory Hartmayer announced the Archdiocese of Atlanta's support for this
initiative in March. The Archbishop is encouraging every parish in the Archdiocese to erect a sign with messaging
directed to people in need of non-judgmental pregnancy support. The sign will bear PAC’s phone number, manned
24/7 by our clinic team and after-hours Option Line. People calling from outside of our clinic areas

will be offered resources closer to home.

PAC’s commitment to promote the
sanctity of human life aligns with the
mission of Walking with Moms in Need.
Together with parish communities, we
partner with families from the first touchpoint to
save the baby’s life, through birth of the baby and
beyond. Every woman is worthy of respect and
care, no matter her circumstances.
