sounds Tough but it is worth it!
By San Tan Times
Continued from page 1
San Tan Mountain Regional Park offers over
eight miles of trails for hiking, mountain bik-
ing and horseback riding. Park trails range in
length from 1.1 miles to over 5 miles, and
range in difficulty from easy to strenuous.
If you desire adventure, then you’ll love the
Goldmine Trail as it takes you to the highest
point on any trail in the park at roughly 2,300
feet in elevation. The trail begins at the San
Tan Trailhead near the visitor center and
ends at the Goldmine Trailhead located near
Skyline Drive on the north side of the park.
