The TTS team will use the pre-semester bridge to build a sense of community and
belonging for the transfer students at CSUDH. Having a positively strong community is
important for everyone. Building a strong rapport with TTS staff and students will make a
positive impact on the students' experience at CSUDH. The WIN sessions will prepare
scholars for success beyond coursework. These sessions will prepare scholars for job
opportunities,for personal development, and growth.
