It gives me great pleasure and pride to introduce us. We have been
in the construction and maintenance industry for over 4 decades.
We started our venture in 1980 as Boeing Electro-Engineering and
Maintenance, undertaking maintenance projects for the H.H.Sheikh
Ahmed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler's Office and Dubai Real Estate
Centre (DREC). Soon after, we undertook MEP works for the Ruler's
Office, DREC, M/S Al Shafar Transport & Contracting Co LLC, M/S Bin
Sahel Contracting LLC, M/S Bu Haleeba Contracting LLC, M/S Hilton
Contracting LLC.

Over time, with experience, dedicated staff and confidence and
patronage of our esteemed clients we expanded our business
activities and entered the field of construction to provide our clients
with a complete package - Civil, MEP and Building Maintenance
works. We also provide our clients with the most modern and
highest quality Interior Designing and Landscaping balanced with
tradition and heritage of this land.

We constantly update and upgrade our equipment, hardware,
software and technical know-how to meet the demands and
challenges of modern times and advancing technology.

VRF units, etc. Installation of FAHUS and its commissioning.
Installation of Exhaust fans, make up fans, extract fans and its commissioning.
Air Balancing & chilled water testing
Supply and fixing of AC diffusers, grills VCDs.
Testing & commissioning.

customer Service Code of practice and standard for our staff which gives a promise to you on
what you can expect when you make contact with us.

We will always be helpful and responsive, keep you informed and communicate clearly.
We will let you know what we can provide, whom to contact and how to get in touch.
We will aim to provide good quality information that is suited to your individual needs.

PROJECT SAFETY PROCEDURES

It is our intention that safety procedures associated with the following will be provided to the
project personnel. They will be made available to site supervision in the form of instructions or
approved method statements.

1. Safe access to and from place of work
2. Fire prevention
3. Work in confined spaces
4. Substance hazardous to health
5. Electricity on site
6. Site plant & equipment
7. Personal protection equipment
8. Work at heights
9. Storage

Accident and incidents will be reported, logged and investigated in accordance with company
procedures in conformity with existing laws of the country.

Hazard reporting and subsequent action will be executed by surveillance, formal and informal,
undertaken by BEAM staff on site and visiting safety / management personnel. Any breaches of
procedures or gangrenous situation will be notified to the responsible party and corrective
action will be taken against the activity halted due to this result. First aiders will be available to
all on site and the first aiders will identified.

Emergency procedures will be dependent on the configuration and layout of permanent and
temporary works and will be addressed at the safest access / exit in the case of fire.

House keeping and tidiness will be the responsibility of the foreman. Subcontractors will be
required to involve in an effective housekeeping policy on site.

Visitors will not be allowed on site without personnel precautions equipment and they will be
accomplished by BEAM Group personnel.
