GLOSSÁRIO DE INFORMAÇÕES DO INVERSOR

O inversor ABB possui uma tela de LCD que apresenta constantemente diversas
informações sobre o funcionamento do sistema, as quais estão descritas abaixo.

Status do inversor. OK significa funcionando normalmente, caso haja
algum mal funcionamento será mostrado um código de identificação.
Tipo. OUTD significa que o inversor é projetado para instalação
externa. P/N é o código ABB de identificação do produto.
S/N. Número de Série do inversor.
FW rel. é a versão do “firmware” instalado no inversor.
E-day. Energia gerada no dia em kWh.
$-day. Economia financeira gerada no dia, escolhida a moeda base.
E-tot. Energia total gerada pelo sistema desde sua instalação em kWh.
$-tot. Economia financeira gerada desde a instalação do sistema.

Pout. Potência instantânea total em W.

COSp. Fator de potência selecionado nas configurações do inversor.
>Regulation Type. Modo de regulação de potência reativa configurado.
Tboost. Temperatura do barramento de corrente contínua do inversor.
Tinv. Temperatura do circuito interno do inversor.
Ppk. Potência de pico máxima desde a instalação do inversor em W.
Ppk-Day. Potência de pico do dia em W.
Vgrid. Tensão da rede em Volts.
Vgrid Avg. Tensão média da rede em Volts.
Igrid. Corrente injetada na rede pelo inversor em Amperes.
Fgrid. Frequência da rede em Hertz .

PORTAL DE MONITORAMENTO
O funcionamento da UFV Cláudia Juliana é monitorado em tempo real através do módulo e
portal de comunicação AWC. Com este recurso o status da usina a energia gerada pode ser
acompanhado tanto pelo cliente como pela equipe da Imax Energia a fim de constatar
possíveis mal funcionamentos no sistema. Este monitoramento é feito através de
computadores ou smarphones pelo portal awc.ddns.net. Após o usuário entrar com seu
login e senha é apresentada uma tela de informações semelhante a imagem mostrada
abaixo.

Portal de monitoramento – janela principal
O portal de monitoramento apresenta um gráfico de geração com informações diárias,
mensal, anual e total acumulado desde a instalação da usina. A escolha da escala de tempo
a ser visualizada é feita selecionando a aba específica do gráfico no canto direito superior.
Os gráficos anuais e mensais são em formato de barras, sobre a qual o usuário poderá clicar
para visualizar o mês ou dia desejado em maiores detalhes. O usuário poderá ainda
selecionar diretamente uma data específica através do calendário também no canto direito
superior e alternar entre datas através das setas de navegação.

Janela de monitoramento principal – versão mobile

Os gráficos de barras mensais e anuais se referem a valores de geração em energia, ou seja
kWh, já o gráfico diário apresenta um formato de preenchimento sólido e contém a
informação de potência instantânea gerada em cada hora do dia kW.
Informações relevantes como a economia financeira obtida, indicadores de sustentabilidade e
equivalências da energia gerada em relação ao consumo de eletrodomésticos são também
mostradas no portal de monitoramento.

GUIA PARA ENTENDER A NOVA FATURA DE ENERGIA

As páginas seguintes apresentam um demonstrativo das faturas de energia tanto da
casa no Alphaville, onde está instalada a UFV, como do apartamento no bairro Serra, em Belo
Horizonte, co-beneficiário dos créditos de energia exportados para a rede da Cemig. As contas
são de outubro de 2015 e contém algumas informações adicionais em relação às contas de
energia convencionais de uma unidade consumidora sem geração distribuída, as quais estão
destacadas nas próximas páginas e descritas a seguir.

A primeira alteração que se nota na nova conta é na subclasse de consumidor, que
anteriormente era somente Residencial e passou agora a ser Residencial Geração
Distribuída, tanto para a unidade geradora de energia, Aphaville, quanto para a unidade
consumidora co-beneficiária dos créditos gerados.

Em segundo lugar observa-se que no quadro de informações técnicas apresenta-se
tanto as leituras atuais e do mês anterior para a medida de energia consumida e de energia
gerada. Convém destacar que o valor de Energia injetada é diferente da Energia gerada, pois
somente uma parte da energia gerada pelo sistema solar é injetada na rede, sendo que uma
parcela pode ser consumida instantaneamente na residência caso haja equipamentos ligados.
Portanto o valor de Energia injetada, mostrado na fatura de energia, em geral, será menor do
que o valor de geração mostrado tanto na tela do inversor como no portal de monitoramento
para o mesmo mês. Outra observação importante, é que no quadro “Informações Técnicas”, a
Cemig adota um padrão de colocar o valor da Energia Injetada de no máximo igual ao valor da
Energia consumida, mostrado na linha imediatamente abaixo. Então caso o valor real da
energia injetada na rede da Cemig naquele mês seja maior do que o consumo, a quantidade
em excesso será adicionada ao valor do SALDO ACUMULADO DE GERAÇÃO DISTRIBUÍDA
que consta no quadro de “Informações Gerais”, sendo que neste caso específico, uma parcela
deste saldo é utilizado para compensar a energia consumida no apartamento do bairro Serra, o
que se denomina de Energia Transferida, o restante do saldo de geração, caso haja, será
acumulado para utilização nos meses seguintes, com prazo de validade de 60 meses segundo
a Resolução Normativa 687 da ANEEL. A informação da energia transferida aparece também
na fatura do apartamento do bairro Serra no mesmo quadro de “Informações Gerais”.

Finalmente no quadro “Valores Faturados”, são apresentados com detalhes da energia
consumida e energia injetada e com as respectivas tarifas associadas e o valor total em Reais,
sendo o valor da energia injetada negativo, representando desconto na fatura. As tarifas
aplicadas sem impostos são idênticas, no entanto, a diferença observada na tarifa cheia, se
deve à cobrança do PIS e COFINS sobre a energia injetada e não contabilização da bandeira
tarifária no valor da energia injetada. No entanto, estas tarifas foram igualadas pela aplicação
da bandeira tarifária sobre as duas grandezas e isenção do PIS e COFINS pela Lei Federal Nº
13.169. O valor descrito como Dif. Custo Disponib. se refere ao custo cobrado pela utilização
da rede da Cemig para fazer a compensação de energia, também conhecido como taxa
mínima, e está de acordo com a Resolução Normativa 687 da ANEEL.

CONTRATO DE PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS DE INSTALAÇÃO E
FORNECIMENTO DE MATERIAIS PARA A USINA SOLAR

Pelo presente instrumento particular, as partes, de um lado, CLAUDIA JULIANA RESENDE, Pessoa Física,
CPF nº 737.226.426-04, residente na Alameda Real, 200 Alphaville Nova Lima-MG , CEP 34.000-000, doravante
denominado(a)(s) CONTRATANTE; e de outro lado, IMAX ENERGIA LTDA , com sede em Belo
Horizonte/MG, à Rua Sucuri, № 120, Bairro São Geraldo, CEP: 31.050-580, CNPJ de № 20.155.422/0001-43
representada neste ato por seu(s) sócio(s) MARCOS VINÍCIUS ELOY XAVIER, brasileiro, solteiro,
Engenheiro (CREA/MG 159488 D), Identidade № MG 14.197492 -SSPMG, CPF de № 089.632.486-90; na
forma de seu Contrato Social, doravante denominada CONTRATADA, resolvem firmar o presente Contrato de
Prestação de Serviços, pelas cláusulas e condições seguintes:

CLÁUSULA PRIMEIRA – DO OBJETO

1.1. Constitui objeto do presente Contrato o fornecimento dos seguintes itens pela CONTRATADA à
CONTRATANTE:
 Serviço de engenharia para instalação de Usina Solar Fotovoltaica de 6 kWp de potência
instalada, conectado a rede de distribuição da CEMIG D conforme RELACIONAMENTO
OPERACIONAL nº 109.258.73.61 na propriedade da CONTRATANTE, localizada na
Alameda Real, 200 Alphaville Nova Lima-MG , CEP 34.000-000;

 Fornecimento de TODOS OS MATERIAIS necessários para a sistema fotovoltaico de 6kW, de
acordo com o projeto aprovado na CEMIG D – PARECER DE ACESSO nº109.258.73.61 -
com frete incluso a ser entregue no endereço da CONTRATANTE.

Paragrafo único: Não está incluindo neste contrato o fornecimento de materiais e o serviço de instalação do
sistema fotovoltaico de 2 kW complementar ao sistema de 6 kW conforme RELACIONAMENTO
OPERACIONAL nº 109.258.73.61

CLÁUSULA SEGUNDA – DA EXECUÇÃO DOS SERVIÇOS

2.1. Obriga-se a CONTRATADA a executar os serviços contratados de acordo com o projeto aprovado na
CEMIG D – PARECER DE ACESSO nº 109.258.73.61. O projeto encontra-se no ANEXO I.

CLÁUSULA QUARTA – DA GARANTIA DOS EQUIPAMENTOS

4.1. As garantias dos principais equipamentos são dadas pelo fabricante, conforme ANEXO II, ANEXO III e
ANEXO IV. Os prazo das garantias são:

(i) : MÓDULOS CANADIAN SOLAR 60CELLS 255W P-SI:
* 10 anos contra defeitos de fabricação;
* 25 anos gerando no mínimo 80% da potência nominal;

CLÁUSULA QUINTA – DAS OBRIGAÇÕES DA CONTRATADA
5.1. Consistem em obrigações da CONTRATADA:

(i) A CONTRATADA desempenhará os serviços objeto deste instrumento com todo zelo, diligência e
honestidade, observada a legislação vigente, resguardando os interesses da CONTRATANTE, sem
prejuízo da dignidade e independência profissionais, sujeitando-se, ainda, às normas aplicáveis à
natureza da prestação de serviços objeto deste contrato;

(ii) Executar os serviços objeto do presente Contrato atendendo aos prazos convencionados e de acordo
com a melhor técnica disponível para trabalhos dessa natureza, com zelo e diligência;

(iii) Dar ciência à CONTRATANTE de qualquer anormalidade que se verifique na execução dos
serviços, prestando esclarecimentos sempre que solicitada;

(iv) Obriga-se, ainda, a CONTRATADA a fornecer à CONTRATANTE todas as informações
relativas ao andamento dos serviços ora contratados;

(v) Responsabilizar-se-á a CONTRATADA por todos os documentos a ela eventualmente entregues
pela CONTRATANTE, enquanto permanecerem sob sua guarda para a consecução dos serviços
pactuados, respondendo pelo seu mau uso, perda, extravio ou inutilização;

CLÁUSULA SEXTA – DAS OBRIGAÇÕES DA CONTRATANTE
6.1. Consistem em obrigações da CONTRATANTE:

(i) Pagar à CONTRATADA a remuneração pactuada na Cláusula Quinta;
(ii) Fornecer à CONTRATADA todas as informações necessárias à consecução dos serviços

contratados;

CLÁUSULA SÉTIMA – DA REMUNERAÇÃO
7.1. Em função da prestação dos serviços ora contratados, deverá a CONTRATANTE pagar à
CONTRATADA o valor total de R$ 50.774,29 (Cinquenta mil, setecentos e setenta e quatro reais e vinte e nove
centavos), a ser pago da seguinte forma:

(i) R$ 5.000,00 (Cinco mil reais) de entrada;
(ii) R$ 18.309,29 (Dezoito mil, trezentos e nove reais e vinte e nove centavos) na entrega dos materiais;
(iii) R$ 13.372,29 (Treze mil, trezentos e setenta e dois reais e vinte e nove centavos) até 30 dias após a

entrega;

(iv) R$ 13.372,29 (Treze mil, trezentos e setenta e dois reais e vinte e nove centavos) até 60 dias após a
entrega;

7.2. O pagamento deverá ser efetuado através de Boleto bancários, emitidos pelo CONTRATANTE à
CONTRATADA.

7.3. O pagamento de quaisquer taxas ou emolumentos concernentes ao objeto do presente contrato, será de
responsabilidade exclusiva da CONTRATANTE, bem como demais encargos inerentes e necessários para a
completa execução da aprovação da conexão a rede de distribuição de energia elétrica da CEMIG assumida pelo
presente contrato.

7.4 Caso o pagamento não for cumprido no prazo estabelecido, será cobrada uma multa de 2% do valor da
prestação de serviço.

CLÁUSULA OITAVA – DA VIGÊNCIA E RESCISÃO
8.1. O presente contrato vigorará por prazo determinado, iniciando-se na data de assinatura deste com tempo
previsto de termino de até o dia 30/09/2015, quando os serviços contratados deverão ser concluídos e entregues
à CONTRATANTE.

8.1.1. Considerar-se-ão concluídos e entregues os serviços contratados, após o respectivo Termo de Entrega e
Recebimento de Serviços.

8.2. No caso de rescisão deste contrato mediante aviso, pôr escrito, com antecedência de 20 (vinte) dias antes da
apresentação do projeto, pôr qualquer das partes, em qualquer hipótese;

8.2.2 Caso o aviso não for cumprido entre as partes de acordo com o informado no tem 6.2 fica estabelecida
uma multa de 20% do valor total do contrato.

CLÁUSULA NONA – DA CONFIDENCIALIDADE
9.1. A CONTRATADA obriga-se a, durante a vigência deste Contrato ,a manter o mais absoluto sigilo com
relação a quaisquer dados, informações e pormenores da CONTRATANTE, entre outros, a que a
CONTRATADA ou qualquer de seus empregados, contratados, e/ou colaboradores em geral venham a ter
acesso, conhecimento ou que venha a lhes ser confiado em razão desse Contrato, comprometendo-se,
outrossim, a CONTRATADA a não revelar, reproduzir, utilizar ou dar conhecimento, em hipótese alguma,

bem como a não permitir que nenhum de seus empregados, contratados e/ou prepostos faça uso desses dados,
informações, entre outros.

CLÁUSULA DÉCIMA – DAS DISPOSIÇÕES GERAIS
10.1. O presente Contrato vincula as Partes ao seu fiel cumprimento por si, seus herdeiros e sucessores, a
qualquer título.

10.2. Qualquer alteração contratual deverá ser acordada entre as Partes mediante assinatura de termo de
aditamento.

10.3. Fica expressa e irrevogavelmente avençado que a abstenção do exercício, por qualquer das Partes, de
direito ou faculdade que lhes assista, em razão do presente instrumento, ou a concordância com o atraso no
cumprimento das obrigações da outra parte, não afetará aquele direito ou faculdade, os quais poderão ser
exercidos, a qualquer tempo, a exclusivo critério de seu titular, e tampouco alterará as condições pactuadas nesse
contrato.

10.4. Se, por qualquer razão, qualquer disposição deste contrato for considerada inválida ou ilegal ou inexeqüível,
tal disposição deverá ser desconsiderada apenas na extensão de sua efetiva abrangência, e, a validade, legalidade e
exeqüibilidade das demais disposições deste Contrato não serão afetadas ou comprometidas de maneira
nenhuma.

CLÁUSULA DÉCIMA PRIMEIRA – DA COMUNICAÇÃO
11.1. Após a assinatura deste contrato, para o encaminhamento de documentos ou para solução de problemas
que envolvam alterações nas condições contratuais, as partes deverão fazê-lo por escrito e as correspondências,
cartas, avisos, notificações, interpelações, deverão ser endereçadas para:

Standard warranty
We offer the Standard Warranty Level for customers outside of ABB’s normal service area. Typically, customers covered under
our Standard Warranty purchase a local inventory of spare parts. The customer is responsible for the swap and shipment to
and from

ABB for any units in need of repair. The repair, labor, and material is fully covered during the warranty period.Since the spare
parts or inverters are already on site, the urgency to restock the inventory is reduced. ABB will repair defective units and ship
refurbished units back to the customer within 10-business days of receipt at the ABB repair depot.

Assure warranty
We offer the Assure Warranty Level for customers who prefer for ABB to stock the inventory and provide a fast response in
the event they need a spare part. At the Assure Level ABB commits to shipment of the part within 3-5 days of notification. We
can typically ship the part within 2 days, but allow additional days for receipt to account for weekends, holidays and remote
locations.

ABB is responsible for the swap using ABB personnel or one of our authorized partners.

If the Installatuer make the exchange itself, he is entitled to a fixed exchange fee.

In summary, customers receive the needed parts and a complete emergency response team ready to help you at any time with
the Assure Program from ABB.

Advantage warranty
We offer the Advantage Warranty Level for customers who want complete “peace of mind”. In some financing scenarios lenders
may ask for additional debt service security. They may want a third party to have some “skin in the game”. Here ABB will
guarantee lost production through our Uptime Warranty. ABB commits to shipment of the part within 2-3 days of notification,
and payment for lost production. Customers can request an Uptime Guarantee of 98% per year. ABB is responsible for the
swap.

In the event the ABB equipment is down longer than the Uptime Guaranteed we agree to pay for lost production based on -
1.00/kW x nom. AC-Power-rating of the inverter or module that is down per day.

Payout per each lost kWh beyond the granted percentage is given by the following formula:
payout = £ amount per kW * nameplate rating of unit * number of Down Days beyond Uptime Guarantee

Payout example: 98% = 7 days
1 x 10kW inverter is down for 9 days in a calendar year, the payout with 98% will be 2 days x 10kW x £1.00 = £20.00.
If the startup won’t be at the beginning of the year the calculation will be done on a pro-rata base.

The compensation claims needs to be reported max. 3 month after the replacement of the broken units.
The yearly summary needs to be reported within the first 3 months of the following calendar year.

TERMO DE GARANTIA DE INSTALAÇÃO – UFV CLAUDIA JULIANA DE
RESENDE

Por este termo a IMAX ENERGIA se compromete com a garantia das condições de instalação
da Usina Fotovoltaica Cláudia Juliana, de propriedade da Srª Cláudia Juliana de Resende CPF
737.226.426-04, instalada na residência também de sua propriedade localizada na Alameda
Real 200, condomínio Residencial Real, Alphaville, município de Nova Lima – MG. A UFV é
constituída por 30 módulos fotovoltaicos Yingli de 255W e um inversor ABB de 6 kW modelo
PVI 6000 OUTD-TL. A garantia da instalação será de acordo com a observância das seguintes
condições.

I) A garantia da instalação se refere à qualidade dos serviços prestados, assegurando a
correta fixação dos módulos fotovoltaicos e inversor, correta conexão elétrica entre os
módulos, inversor e componentes de proteção do sistema, assegurando o funcionamento
adequado de todo o sistema.

II) As garantias dos equipamentos, tais como módulos e inversor, são fornecidas diretamente
pelo respectivo fabricante, não implicando em nenhuma obrigação por parte da IMAX
ENERGIA.

III) A manutenção preventiva do sistema, ou seja, a verificação periódica da integridade do
sistema e adequação do funcionamento, não constitui parte do cobrimento desta garantia.

IV) A limpeza periódica dos módulos fotovoltaicos não constitui parte desta garanta.
V) Caso haja alguma falha nos equipamentos decorrentes de defeito de fabricação durante o

prazo de validade desta garantia, o devido diagnostico e serviço de troca dos
equipamentos de reposição do respectivo fabricante, será de responsabilidade da IMAX
ENERGIA.
VI) Qualquer intervenção ou modificação na instalação implicará em perda desta garantia de
serviço.
VII) A ocorrência de danos causados por descargas atmosféricas bem como danos
provocados por atos de vandalismo que possam eventualmente ocorrer na residência não
constitui objeto desta garantia.
VIII) A garantia de instalação tem validade de 2 anos, a contar pela data da troca do medidor
pela Cemig, em 07/08/2015.
