LIMITED WARRANTY DETAILS

Newcandescent-LED.com warrants that our Direct-To-AC LED Cluster lamps will be free from defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of (5) years from date of manufacture. The warranty is further conditioned upon
proper storage, installation, usage, and maintenance. Lamps demonstrated to be defective within the warranty
period will be repaired or replaced at Newcandescent-LED.com’s discretion, at no cost provided the lamps are
installed and operated in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations, the National Electric Code (NEC), the
standards for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), and with Newcandescent instructions/guidelines for
this product.

This warranty applies only to the original purchase for lamps used within the US, Canada, or other countries as
specified by Newcandescent-LED.com The warranty is non-transferable.

Newcandescent-LED.com reserves the right to examine all failed lamps and reserves the right to be the sole judge
as to whether any lamps or component is defective and covered under this warranty.

Newcandescent-LED.com will not be liable for:

 Problems resulting from external causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, abnormal stresses
and operating conditions, negligence, fire, water damage, theft, vandalism, riot, explosion, lighting, acts of
God, natural disaster, or other external causes unrelated to product performance.

 Products for which Newcandescent-LED.com has not yet received full payment.
 Conditions demonstrating misuse, faulty installation, misapplication, extreme environmental conditions

beyond those defined in the product specification, under/over voltage situation, electrical surges or spikes,
lack of compliance with applicable instructions, improper or inadequate maintenance, negligence, accident,
tampering. Note lamp ratings for limits on operating temperatures.
 Situations in whichNewcandescent-LED.com components are replaced with those from other
manufactures.
 Products not manufactured by Newcandescent-LED.com, this includes sensors/or additional controls.
