Impact Questions:
• How will your project contribute to the economy of Texas?
C&T MooreAmple’s project will contribute to the economy of Texas by providing jobs as well as
providing training to prepare an individual for a job or to own their own business. This will help to
bring down the unemployment rate in Texas.

• How will your project help other women in the community?
44.8% of women between the ages of 18-24 years of age have some sort of disability and are on a
set income. Some women stay at home to take care of their children who are not school aged, or
they may be home schooling. There are tremendous number of women who have love ones at
home that must be provided for who are also on a set income. Within our complex system of
long-term care, women’s caregiving is essential in providing a backbone of support. Women
provide most of the informal care to children, spouses, parents, parents-in-law, friends and
neighbors, and they play many roles while caregiving. There are a lot of obstacles that women
face, and extra income is needed to help them jump the hurdle. C&T MooreAmple will help
women in the community by providing training for women so that they can work from home and
gain extra income as well as own their own business. C&T MooreAmple will also have jobs
available for women that the can work from the comfort of their own home.

• How will your project create additional revenue streams?
It can help those who have fixed or no income, especially if the have the skill to complete the
task.

• What problems will your project solve?
The project will help to solve high unemployment rates as well as poverty rate. It will help
improve the skills of women and young girls alike. It will free up time where women can work
their own schedules and have more time for love ones.

Company Background
I. A brief narrative describing the company’s history
C&T MooreAmple LLC., was founded in July 2019 and is being operated by Sharlisia Moore. Sharlisia was
laid off her job in May of 2019 and had been there for over 5 years. As she was sitting at home and was
being denied her unemployment, she decided that she had many skills to offer so why not put her skills to
use by owning her own company. Sharlisia has over 15 years’ experience in Business Management,
Administration, Bookkeeping, Customer Care and much more and is willing to teach other what she knows
as well. C&T MooreAmple has a vision to grow and open up jobs for those who are non-mobile or for those
who have the need to work from home. Whether you are disabled or a stay at home mom but have the
skills and the abilities to perform the task at hand. Over the past months, C&T MooreAmple has helped
many women to establish their own Business by helping them with the LLC. process and well as help them
start to establish Business Credit. C&T MooreAmple has also helped women to re-establish their personal
credit as well by providing financial advise. C&T MooreAmple is designed to help those who want to reach
their full potential in what ever skill they possess.

C&T MooreAmple is currently operating in the Real Estate and Business Development market.
C&T MooreAmple specializes in Administrative Support, Business Development, Consumenr Consulting,
Marketing, Social Media, Researching and Writing.
To date C&T MooreAmple has completed 45 projection with 100% on-time completion rate and 100%
retention rate.
Virtual Assistant Market is expected to exceed USD 11.5 billion by 2024. The technological advancements
and innovations being incorporated in several industries such as automotive and retail to assist the
customers in operating the industrial solutions or services is expected to drive the market growth.

III. A description of the company’s current operating facilities – both owned and leased
At C&T MooreAmple LLC., we are currently leasing an office space at 2163 Gilmer Road Suite 104. The
office includes a conference room for meetings along with a classroom set up for trainings. The classroom
in where I would be conducting Personal/Virtual Assistant Training.

IV. A summary of the company’s current full and part -time employment
Right now, the company only consist of 1 (one) full-time employee which is Sharlisia Moore. The goal of
the company is to grow and provide several full or part-time positions.

V. a description of the company’s need to undertake the proposed project
There are many women in the community and around the world who are or have been in the same
position as Sharlisia. Who have the skills and the abilities to do more and not feel so stagnant. C&T
MooreAmple proposes a project to educate, train and hire women who have the desire to work at their
full capacity and who love the field of work that we are offering. We also want to provide them with the
skills that they need to get a top paying job and to help build their resume.

Currently the project is being funded through the personal funds of Sharlisia Moore as well as any monies
made from the Virtual Assistant projects. The project will be carried out in the training room of the
building the C&T MooreAmple is currently being housed. Any other cost that is to arise, company funds
will be used to fill the difference.
