In early 2020, the credit union
began to promote their credit
cards in a campaign called
“Find Your Balance.”
The Covid-19 pandemic
became a serious issue
halfway through the campaign
process, closing-down branch
locations and making
DeepTarget a vital solution in
continuing to connect and
engage their members.
They saw amazing results at the end of the three-
month long campaign in April 2020 with 10%
unique logins, a click through rate of 2.05% (while
the industry average is 0.05%), 300 new credit
card balance transfers, and $1.4 million in new
loan dollars booked.

Jolt wanted to push
their Youth CD
opportunity, and with
the help of
DeepTarget, Jolt was
able to focus on
advertising to age
groups 18 and under,
parenting age, and
grandparenting age.
At the end of the
year-long campaign in
April 2021,
Jolt had acquired 130 new accounts and $1.7
million from 845 Youth CDs. The campaign
had a solid 2.44% click through rate. The Gen
Z generation is extremely future-minded and
this campaign hits a great target as a
service and offer for that generation and
their patrons.
