CPSC Quarterly September 2019
The CPSC Quarterly serves as a medium for
convergence and exchange of Technical and Vocational,
Education and Training (TVET) ideas, information,
events and updates on national and regional efforts
as well as innovating strategies for Human Resources
Development (HRD) across Asia and the Pacific. It
serves to strengthen collaborative relationships among
professionals and developers, institutional partners,
affiliates and networks, alumni and future clients in the
transnational community of CPSC.
