Why Choose Coach Touring?
Guaranteed Departures – All of our tour
departure dates are guaranteed to operate with a
minimum of two passengers.
Language – All of our tours are conducted in
English only.
Guides – All guides on our coach tours are licensed
professional guides who speak fluent English.
Variety – The packages offered by Tempo Holidays
enable you to visit Turkey’s most popular sites, but
also give you the opportunity to get off the beaten
track and visit some of Turkey’s more exotic and
remote locations.
No hidden extras – All inclusions are clearly stated
in the tour itineraries on the following pages. During
your coach tour, you will have the opportunity to
purchase local souvenirs such as carpets and leather
goods. Please be aware that this is optional and you
should not feel obliged to make a purchase.
About Coach Touring
Turkey is a large country that takes time to explore
thoroughly. The Tempo Holidays range of coach
tours have been designed to visit the major
highlights, including some areas which are slightly
off the beaten track and not frequently visited by
other coach tour operators. Due to Turkey’s size,
several of our itineraries include flights at either the
beginning or end of the tour. This enables us to offer
you a wide selection of wonderful product.
Handy Hints
Coaches – Coaches are air-conditioned and non-
smoking. Coaches will vary in size between 15,
25 and 40 seat vehicles depending on passenger
numbers. As a rule, coaches do not have toilet
facilities on board. As the distances between some
Turkish cities is quite great, there will be some days
with considerable driving. On these days, there will
be sufficient toilet stops, and ample time to purchase
refreshments and stretch your legs.
Istanbul Sightseeing – Where a coach tour
is scheduled to commence on a day other than
shown in the brochure, the order of Istanbul
sightseeing will change. Detailed itineraries are
available on our website.
Passenger Numbers – A number of our shorter
coach tours are components of longer tours.
Therefore passenger numbers, and coach sizes may
vary during the tour.
Baggage Allowance – One standard size suitcase
per person plus hand luggage is acceptable.
Airline Ticket Delivery – In most cases airline
tickets will be delivered to you by your coach tour
guide where Tempo Holidays include a flight sector
in a tour.
Bedding Configurations – For hotels outside of
Istanbul, the standard room configuration is twin
beds. Rooms with double beds can be requested but
not guaranteed due to the limited number of such
rooms in hotels.
