WHITE HARE DISTILLERY 2021

The White Hare Distillery takes pride of place in the heart of
Usk, South Wales. Established in 2018 with the first distillation
in 2020, owner and distiller Christos Kyriakidis has drawn on
his wealth of knowledge, experience and unbridled passion
to create a range of gin like no other. Distilled using locally
foraged pine, rosemary and pink grapefruit along with a secret
blend of botanicals, the range continues to grow...

THE SPIRIT OF THE HARE

Our core range consists of three hand crafted gins,
a vodka and our new spiced rum. Distilled in small
batches in our 50 litre copper pot still.

ORIGINAL GIN 41% ABV

Seven botanicals including local pine, rosemary and
fresh pink grapefruit. Sweet citrus up front with
floral pine notes and soft savoury finish.

SPICED MANDARIN GIN 41% ABV

Nine botanicals including fresh mandarin, orange,
ginger and nutmeg. Soft citrus up front with
mandarin and a long, warming finish.

HELLENIC HARE GIN 40% ABV

Nine botanicals including fresh basil, bergamot,
thyme and olive leaf. Bergamot and citrus up front,
with a herbal floral aroma. Savoury bitter sweet
long finish.

PINK GIN 41% ABV

Seven botanicals including pomegranate, strawberry
and raspberry, with refreshing subtle summer fruit
aromas. Sweet and sour notes throughout.

HARE OF THE DOG VODKA 41% ABV

An authentic, honest spirit that pays tribute to
our main ingredient - local maritime pine.

SPICED RUM 43% ABV

Inspired by a 100 year old recipe for Grandma Mary’s
Welsh Cakes, with orange, vanilla and mixed spice.

Discover the Spirit of the Hare with an in-depth masterclass at the
distillery and discover the incredible journey from spirit through to
botanicals, distillation and bottling.

TASTING MASTERCLASS
We’ll introduce you to the botanicals of the White Hare, tasting our gin
neat, and with mixers.

BLENDING MASTERCLASS
After a hands on with botanicals and a tasting of five different gins, you’ll
blend your very own 350ml bottle of gin to the style that you like, using a
selection of single botanical distillates.

“BE THE DISTILLER” MASTERCLASS
Our most in-depth masterclass - we’ll get hands on with the White Hare
botanicals before you get your apron on and distil your own 500ml bottle to
take it home. Sample a cocktail with your own gin at the end.
