Lola Dada-Olley is a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase, where she sits at the intersection of law, accessibility, and technology. Her role includes drafting and negotiating customer-facing technology agreements and advising business partners on digital accessibility associated with the Americans with Disabilities Act. In 2020, Lola launched the Not Your Mama's Autism Podcast. Part audio memoir/part interview style podcast, Lola weaves in personal narratives of her life as an older sibling to an autistic man with an intellectual disability and now, as a mother of two autistic children with interviews of various members of the global neurodivergent and disability communities. In 2021, she gave a TEDx talk, titled, "Your Path is Your Purpose", where she explained how seemingly disjointed events led her to the life purpose she lives today. In 2021-2022, Lola wrote a column for PsychCentral.com, titled " The Caregiver's Chronicles", where she used the written word to speak on lessons learned as a lifetime caregiver. TED Talk “Can You See Me Now?” Yulise Reaves Waters Chief Innovations Officer Lone Star Justice Alliance Yulise Rivers Waters masterfully reveals the links between racial inequity and segregation and the disparities that threaten public safety. She gives us hope with a glimpse into the innovations in the criminal justice system that seek to mitigate the impact of social injustice. Yulise Reaves Waters, Esq. is the Chief Innovations Officer of Lone Star Justice Alliance (LSJA). Previously, Waters was an Assistant City Attorney and Lead Community Courts Prosecutor for the City of Dallas where she co-founded the Second Chance Community Improvement Program (SCCIP) in 2014 which became the first-ever felony community court in Dallas County and the first-ever young adult specialty court in the State of Texas. Under her leadership, SCCIP was awarded the 2018 National Association of Drug Court Professionals’ Equity and Inclusion Award for “excellence and leadership in demonstrating and promoting cultural proficiency in treatment court services.” Yulise holds B.A. degrees in English, Spanish, and a B.B.A. in Organizational Behavior and Business Policy (each magna cum laude), and a Juris Doctorate, all from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Haley will inspire us all as she shares her perspective on the next generation of Black women lawyers. Haley Taylor Schlitz, 21, is the youngest Black person and youngest woman to earn a law degree in U.S. history. At 19, she graduated from the SMU Dedman School of Law and previously, at age 16, became Texas Woman’s University’s youngest honoree with a Bachelor of Science. Now, she's dedicated an "IMPACT Year" to teaching US History to 5th graders at IDEA Edgecliff in Fort Worth, Texas. Haley's significant contributions include leading grassroots efforts for the Texas CROWN Act, championed by State Representative Rhetta Bowers, which she witnessed become official law in 2023. As Deputy General Counsel, Sarah is responsible for managing disputes with the support of my diverse team, which is made up of over 75% women and 30% members of a racial minority group. In this role, Sarah has helped to evolve the way we manage disputes by building a litigation support team, modernizing our reporting structure to our stakeholders, and building cohesion with other members of the legal team.
