SAFETY

For any in-person showings, inspections, and/or open houses:
maintaining the safety of your home is my number one
priority. At The Masiello Group, we follow all current CDC and local
guidelines and recommendations.

All buyers/visitors will be required to wear facial coverings, and are pre-
screened to ensure they are not feeling sick or showing signs of illness.

Buyers/visitors will be instructed not to touch anything. Should anything
need to be opened, I will do so with gloves or wipes.

After the visit/showing, I will go through the home and shut windows, turn
off lights, wipe any surfaces that were touched and lock up the home.
