The Stubbing Wharf Buffet Menus

Thank you for considering The Stubbing Wharf for you event.
Our buffets are designed to be served in our canal side function room and can be
prepared for a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 60 people. A selection of cakes and
gateaux can be added to any buffet for an extra £2.50 per head. If you would like to
make any changes to the menus or swap items around, myself or a member of my

team will be more than happy to discuss these requirements with you.

Lockkeepers Buffet £8.50 per head

Assorted sandwiches on open ciabattas
Chicken drumsticks cooked in a BBQ sauce
Local award wining pork pies with pickles

Sausage Rolls
Selection of quiches
Deep fried spring rolls with sweet chilli dip
Spicy potato wedges with a tomato salsa
Home made coleslaw and potato salad

Selection of cured meats, Salami, Chorizo, Serrano ham etc

Smoked salmon and herb cream cheese rolls
Pasta, pesto and mixed pepper salad
Tortilla chips and spicy salsa
Minted new potatoes

Stoodley Buffet £10.50 per head

Platter of Honey Roast Ham with mustard mayonnaise

King Prawns in filo pastry
Vegetable samosas

Mediterranean vegetables, sundried tomatoes and mozzarella tartlets

Hot Suppers or walkers lunches

Our hot suppers or walkers lunches are designed to be served in our function room for
a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 40 guests. These are ideal for large groups on
social occasions or groups of walkers enjoying the wonderful hills around Hebden
Bridge. These meals will be served as a self service buffet.

Pork pie with mushy peas £4.95

Meat and potato pie with mushy peas £5.95

Hot beef sandwich served on a white T –cake with onion gravy £4.50

Hot pork and apple served on a white T-cake with gravy £4.50
