Title : How Jackson Lead A Healthy Lifestyle

1.0 INTRODUCTION
In this modern days, lot of people do not mind to stay fit and lead a healthy lifestyle. The main reasons

that they do not priority their health is because they are as busy as a bees with their daily routines such as working
and studying. But Jackson, unhealthy lifestyle can lead to a chronic disease such as heart attack, diabetes,
cholesterol, kidney failure, stroke, high blood pressure and more that can effect our body health. Therefore,
Jackson came up for a way on how to lead a healthy lifestyle to prevent himself from getting sick. There are a lot of
activities that Jackson can do his free times that can lead to a healthy lifestyle. Others than that, Jackson also
concerned in certain things in order to have a healthy and happy lifestyle. To sum it up, how can Jackson lead a
healthy lifestyle?

2.0 EXERCISE REGULARLY
To lead a healthy lifestyle, Jackson need to keep his body healthy. An exercise is one of a ways

that can help Jackson for having a healthy lifestyle. With an exercises such as jogging, playing badminton,
playing football, cycling, yoga, skipping and other are good for Jackson body and mental healthy. Throught
exercise, it help to improve his body strength, release tension after studying, increase self-esteem and get
rid the toxic in his body throught sweting. The implication of exercise is Jackson can avoid a high risk
disease which can effect his body and mental health such as heart attack, high blood pressure, cholesterol
and diabetes. Therefore, to lead a healthy lifestyle, Jackson need to exercises regularly and when he had a
free times. It is because exercise give him a lot of benefits in many ways besides on how he can lead a
healthy lifestyle. In the same time, jackson manage to mantain his healthy lifestyle.

3.0 HEALTHY EATING 3
Healthy eating is one of the most important step to lead a healthy

lifestyle. As a growing kid, Jackson need to eat 3 meals a day which contain
breakfast, lunch and dinner. Adding to this, Jackson must have a balanced
and nutrition eating with all food based on the food pyramid. Jackson was
require to take the right amount of food which contain protein,
carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins and fats. First, the pyramid food of group
that Jackson need to consume a lot is carbohydrates such as bread, grains
and cereals because it was Jackson body’s main sources of energy. The
second is the vitamins group which contain fruits and vegetables because it
help to improve Jackson immunity and help him to stay regular which also
help to lower the risk for Jackson getting a heart disease, stroke, and
diabetes. Third is protein which contain meats, fish, milk, eggs that help to
rebuilding and replacing the tissues in Jackson body. The last gorup that
Jackson should consume the least is fats, oils and sweets. But in the same
time, fats also help to protect important organs, to control body temperature
and to help skin cells. By following the food pyramid, Jackson can lead a
healthy lifestyle as a young healthy boy.

4.0 ENOUGH REST AND SLEEP
As a growing children, it is important for a proactive boy like Jackson to had enough rest especially in his

sleeping time. Jackson need atleast 9 to 12 hour of sleep a day to rest his mind and his body. Getting enough rest
and sleep is important because it help Jackson to ease his physical body and mental condition after a long day with
his daily routine. When Jackson get enough sleep and rest, Jackson can improve his memory and enables him to
control his own stress better also in the same time will becomes ver active. Besides that, taking a nap during the
day also good for Jackson body. It help Jackson to rest his body and mind for a while from playing and study.
Instead, it can decrease the risk of having a heart attack. As a result, having a healthy sleep habits including a
stable sleep schedule is one of the positive and effective ways that Jackson practice to leading a happy lifestyle so
that he would not feel tired and sleepy during the day and when he was at school.

5.0 REGULAR CHECK-UP 5
Other than that, Jackson’s mother often bring

Jackson to do a check-up at the hospital. From a regular
check-up, it can help to find health issues before they
become problem. When Jackson see doctor regulary, the
doctor are able to check-up for Jackson health condition
at the early stage. It give Jackson a chance to know about
his health condition and getting an early treatment when
he was not in a good condition. This fast action from the
daily check-up can help Jackson to avoid any
complications about his health before it become a
diseases. Besides that, Jackson can seek an advice from
the doctor on how to keep his health in a good condition
and lead a healthy lifestyle. In that way, Jackson can play
happily along with his friends without worries about his
health.

6.0 DRINK ENOUGH WATER
Besides that, Jackson also drink a lot of water. It is because Jackson know that water is very

important to avoid dehydration. Jackson want to stay hydrated because it help to mantain his body
temperature. Jackson’s body loses water through sweat especially during physical activity and in hot
enviroment. Jackson need to stay hydrated by drinking atleast 8 glasses of water a day. Drinking a plenty
of water during physical activity is important as for a proactive kid like Jackson. Other than that, water help
to boost energy. Therefore, we can follow Jackson tips by drinking enough water as one of the ways to lead
a healthy lifestyle.

7.0 TIME MANAGEMENT 7
Last but not least, time management is one of the

ways on how Jackson lead a healthy lifestyle. Jackson create one
timetable for himself as a refer on time management. Jackson will
follow up the timetable every day so that he would not spend too
much or too least time between playing, study and rest time. On a
day time, Jackson spend his time on studying, playing and
exercises. Meanwhile on night day, it time for Jackson to rest up
his body and mind pyhsically and mentally. By having a timetable,
Jackson manage to spend his time by doing useful activities such
as jogging, cycling and play some outdoor game that keep him fits
and health. For Jackson, time management is important that it
can help him to lead a healthy lifestyle and get a new hobby in the
free time as saying goes, time is gold. A good time management
help Jackson to stay healthy, cheerful and proactive by following
the right time. To sum it up, we can following Jackson tips on how
to lead a healthy lifestyle.

8.0 CLEAN ENVIROMENT 8
Every weekend, Jackson will help his family

to clean up their housing area. A clean living enviroment
can prevent animals such as mouse, fly and especially
mosquitoes to bring any diseases. Therefore, to prevent
a diseases like dengue, Jackson and his family will
clean their surroundings weekly to destroy mosquito
breeding sites. They will throw out all the rubbish and
threw out all the empty can that contain a water. Inside
Jackson’s home, his family use window and door
screens and use bed nets to prevent mosquito bites. It
is one of a good way for us and Jackson’s family to lead
a healthy lifestyle. A clean living enviroment bring
Jackson and his family a fresh air and comfortable
healthy living lifestyle.

9.0 CONCLUSION
As a conclusion, these are the way on how Jackson lead a healthy lifestyle. As a child, Jackson

want to grow up as a healthy, clever and active boy. Therefore, he share his tips for us on how to lead a
healthy lifestyle. By following Jackson tips, we change our bad unhealthy lifestyle habits to a healthy
lifestyle habits and growing up healthy like Jackson. To sum it up, leading a healthy lifestyle is very
important for all of us because it help uso live longer and have a better and happier life. It is essential to
living a healthy life to make our life happy, cheeful, positive and to make the best out of it. We can make it
too if we start to follow Jackson right steps toward healthy lifestyle today.
