Electrician Repairs It could be as simple as a faulty appliance shorting and tripping a switch but we will sort out any problem big or small. Internal Carpentry Do you need a shelf erected or a door lock fixed then give us a call. Our Rates • Rates: all charges are per tradesman per hour, 1 hour minimum per call and thereafter in 30 minute increments, rates exclude materials. • We do not charge for travelling time, parking, congestion or a call out. • We are happy to provide written estimates for larger jobs prior to work commencing. • Materials: materials are charged at trade price plus 25% markup. • Estimates: if an estimate is required an engineer can visit prior to work commencing. • Payments: payment in full is due upon completion of the works. • Gas Safety Certificate: this cost is inclusive of 2 appliances, any additional appliances will be charged at £25.00 + VAT per appliance. • Boiler Service: this cost does not include any parts. • Roofing: this charge is to diagnose the issue. We will carry out any minor repairs that are achievable within the hour e.g. hanging a slipped slate or clipping a gutter back together. For any larger works an estimate will be provided.
