An Integral Closure
The adhesives in Tegrabond® water activated tape penetrate into the fibres of the carton, creating a total bond. As the tape becomes an integral part of the carton this adds considerable strength and security to the closure. Adhesives used on conventional pressure- sensitive packing tapes remain ‘wet’ and will lose adhesion with time or when subjected to extremes of temperature or humidity.

Tamper Evidence
Tegrabond® uses a permanent adhesive which prevents removal of the tape without clearly visible proof of tamperage or damage to the carton. Glassfibre reinforced Tegrabond® further enhances security. Cartons sealed with conventional packing tape can be easily compromised, as application of gentle heat will soften and reactivate the adhesive, permitting entry to the carton and resealing with no visible trace of disturbance.

Tegrabond® is made entirely from renewable natural resources, which enables it to be easily recycled along with cardboard waste and suitable for landfill. Bespoke Pack Station System
The Pacplan® Technik system is designed to provide entirely bespoke workstations that perfectly match customers’ requirements, ranging from single benches to complete fulfilment centre pack bench systems.
Our designers and engineers work closely with other contractors to ensure seamless integration with other materials handling and stock control systems so that productivity and use of space are optimised.
Pacplan® Technik distributor support services include site survey, CAD design, fabrication and installation.
Materials storage locations are designed to minimise operator movement, streamlining processes and reducing the risk of operator fatigue and repetitive strain injury.
Benches are constructed from 30 x 30mm and 40 x 40mm heavy duty steel section, with fully welded joints and durable powder coated finishes that can be colour matched to customers’ specifications.
A choice of work surfaces is available, with durable 18mm laminate as standard.
Pacplan® Technik systems use 5S and Lean methodology
to maximise operational efficiency through intelligent workflow design.

The KXWS001 from the Kinetix® range of packaging products is an entry-level, professional workstation for the low- to medium-volume user.
Its sturdy, powder-coated tubular steel frame supports an 820mm high, 1600 x 800mm melamine coated work surface and includes a number of space-saving and handy features designed to maximise its versatility.
Two mandrels are situated above and below the workbench for convenient dispensing of kraft, bubble and corrugated packaging products.
Two high-level steel storage shelves store accessories clear of the bench but within easy reach. One shelf is perforated with a series of cut-outs to securely hold commonly used packaging equipment such as tape dispensers and handy wrap rolls.
