X20245 th X20245 th LUBETRAIN TRAINING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Ridhuan Shah bin Khairulrizal, Maznur Firdaus bin Mazlan & Siti Dianah Binti Abdul Bujang Lubetrain Training Management System project to build a system aimed at technical oil lubrication courses and vibration analysis, offering certification. The problem faced is the lack of knowledge of the participants about the training schedule and delay in email registration by implementing the system. Next, the participants did not know the information of the trainee in more detail. The proposed method is to build a simple system that is better understood by the participants in the system, and can see more details about the trainees from the Lubetrain Resource SDN BHD company who will teach the participants who take the International Council of Machinery Lubrication (ICML) or Vibration Institute (VI) course. The methodology used is using the Agile method which has 5 phases, the first phase is the idea. Next, the second phase is building a training management system. In addition, the third phase is testing the system. Next, the fourth phase is to upload the system. Finally, the fifth phase of maintenance. In conclusion, this system is expected to aim to improve the efficiency of course registration, improve the learning experience, and ensure alignment with ICML and VI course options for participants. The system's main purpose is to identify potential fire hazards, such as gas leaks or small fires. The system employs sensors to detect both gas and heat, triggering a notification to every resident's mobile phone within the household as a warning. Additionally, an audible siren will alert residents to the potential danger. This system operates concurrently with sensors that can identify rising temperatures and impending small fires. Currently, there is a problem such as Politeknik is far from town, Students from other state or outside Sabak Bernam are unfamiliar with Sungai Lang area, individuals may have concerns about the safety and reliability of workshops they come across. Therefore, this project is to develop workshop identification and towing services, to develop map navigation to nearby workshop, Allow users to rate and review workshops based on their experiences. Positive reviews and high ratings can serve as indicators of workshop reliability and safety. This project use waterfall methodology that consists of 7 phases. As conclusion we hope this application can help user to locate workshop more easily. This system is used to identify students using face biometrics and other computer technologies. For the database of the student, SQLite were used in the developed project. Currently, there is a lack of inclusive educational resources tailored to the needs of individuals with mute and deaf disabilities in the realm of Fardu Ain education. Therefore, this project seeks to bridge this gap by providing an accessible e-learning platform that accommodates diverse learning styles and enhances comprehension of Fardu Ain teachings. This project utilizes an Agile methodology, comprising four phases: planning, development, testing, and implementation. We realized that the checkout process in koop is incredibly slow during peak hours (12-2 & 4-6) especially on the first day of registration and orientation week for semester 1. We decided to develop an application that has a barcode system where users could scan the items with their phone. We have chosen an agile method for our project because it focuses on improvement and has the flexibility to change at the last minute. We also prioritize our customer's feedback for our application. We hope that ScanIT helps users to have a better experience especially during peak hours while being at Koperasi PSIS. The objective is to develop SHOPSIS, a centralized ecommerce platform customized for businesses in PSIS, to provide them with a simplified online marketplace where they can efficiently showcase and sell their products or services. This platform uses waterfall methodology that consist 7 phase. As a conclusion, this project aims to simplify business operations in PSIS. By providing a centralized platform, businesses can easily sell their products or services online. Therefore, this project will develop features such as mnemonic aids, audio support and multilingual translations to preserve cultural heritage in today's fast-paced world. The project used Agile methodology that consists of seven phases which is planning, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and Review. Other than that, this system will show the time, the water level data as well as the warning. More than that, for more easy management This project will use databases to collect all the picture and user's details to ensure the user's data is safe. This project has two additional features like entry logging to check when lecturers enter the lab and incase the recognition fails 3 time the pin mode will pop-up and lecturers can request the pin from lab's person in charge.
