RECOMMENDATION 17 1. Establish a Positive School Environment A school's performance is heavily reliant on the positive energy that its teachers and the learners radiate. Some signs of a positive school atmosphere include kids' ability to freely connect with teachers and their peers. Children should learn to express themselves in a friendly manner from an early age. A basic approach here is to teach children how to be kind and compassionate to one another. Consider adding a good positive manner on social-emotional learning in curriculum. It assists students in developing meaningful connections, making ethical judgments, recognising their own strengths and weaknesses to control their emotions, and communicating effectively with others. As a result, kids respect and value everyone's uniqueness and significance in society as well as they will not feel the need to demonstrate their superiority via bullying. 2. Raise Bullying Awareness in Schools and at Home Young pupils should understand what bullying looks like and feels like. Students should be aware of the emotional effects of bullying especially how it might damage their selfesteem. It can lead to depression, self-hatred and self-harm. All of these are symptoms of mental health illnesses that if left untreated, it can lead to significant problems. Suicide and self-harm, for example, are two outcomes of severe mental illness, particularly in high school kids. The good news is that instructors may help lessen the frequency of these tragedies among students by educating about well‐being. As a result, once kids detect the indications, they may report and seek assistance before it's too late. 3. Parents should be involved. A school's bullying prevention programme will be more successful if many parents are devoted to it. Form a group of committed parents to assist you in addressing the problem. Meet on a regular basic to generate ideas, communicate them with school administrators, and assist in putting new plans or proposals into effect. When parents and teachers work together, they can give a consistent strategy to introducing more productive and appropriate replacement behaviours.
PREDICTION Bullying will keeps getting worse and worse and may be difficult to stop. Bullying can only stop , when everyone stop completely, which will never happen again. So that, everyone should cultivate a responsible and rational attitude in life. In this life there is no need to show who is stronger and more powerful among all the people to bullying people. Parents should show the best role model and give moral education to their teenage child so that they will know the rules and effects when they want to start to do bad things. 18
It is important for everyone to take a stand against bullying and to create a safe and welcoming environment for all students. This can be done by speaking out against bullying, supporting victims, and teaching children how to be kind and respectful to others. By working together, we can help prevent bullying and create a more positive and inclusive society. PART 3: CONCLUSION 19
