newsbulletin. This new electronic newsbulletin is not only a way for us

stories out to you in a more timely manners.

In this addition of e-newsbulletien, we summarized company’s journey of last one year and

a brief about existing activities.

Ansh Agrico

Ansh Agrico is engaged in Agricultural Business especially in organic farming and
sustainable Agriculture. As of now we are working in three state of India and empaneled
with different agencies.
Ansh Agrico is founded, promoted and professionally managed by people with extensive
experience in the field of Agribusiness and exposure of senior management. This is an
organized effort on a nationwide basis to serve the farming community for production,
certification and marketing of agricultural crops under sustainable, Organic and Good
Agricultural Practices (GLOBAL G.A.P. formerly known EUREP-GAP) standards
systematically in India and worldwide. Our certification procedure and accreditation
mechanisms for quality assurance are in compliance with the high standards and
regulations as recommended by NPOP/EU/NOP & PGS India.
“Adoption & Certification of Organic Farming” is an effort to bridge the “GAP on promotion
of organic farming” or inequalities in agriculture field giving equal benefits to all farmers in
this sector.
We thank our associate partners who have made it possible for us to reach out to thousands
of farmers who have the right to earn attractive opportunity through organic farming.

Welcome to the first edition of e-Newsbulletin of Ansh Agrico Pvt. Ltd. We are an

agriculture based organization registered under Companies Act 2013 on during 25th Nov,
2014 with its corporate office at 118, Deepshikha Building, Rajendra Place New Delhi-
110008.
Through this e-Newsbulletin it is an effort to make people aware about our core values,
strength, present scenario and activities in the field of agriculture especially in organic
farming and sustainable agriculture.

Journey of Ansh Agrico

The Foundation of Ansh Agrico was laid 25th September 2014 to serve grassroot farmers
community through implementation of advance technologies and services in the field of
agriculture.
Started in Uttar Pradesh and Meghalaya in association with AROH Foundation, a Delhi
based NGO. The company aims to reduce the cost of cultivation to the farmers and get
better premium price of their produce through market linkages.
The well versed qualified and experienced technical team worked in farmer’s field and
trained them for organic framing through training program, cluster meeting, demonstrations
and exposure visit.
While on another side, the Ansh Agrico promotes and facilitates marketing linkages of
organic produce of it’s registered farmers for selling their produce at premium price with in
India and/or outside India.
Ansh Agrico also started it’s own dairy farm started with 12 cows in the state of Uttarakhand
to serve best quality cow milk products.
The Journey is just started and miles to achieve in the field of sustainable agriculture and will
be communicated in coming version of this newsbulletin.

experienced in the specific
sector of organic farming and
its implementation part as well
as certification.

Capacity Building Workshop

Every Quarter Ansh Agrico planned to
engage their team in the capacity building
workshops which were designed to hone their
skills. The main thrust of the workshop is to
impart training regarding various
methodologies, under organic agriculture. A
briefed presentation about our program on”
Organic Farming” was also screened to help
the team in smooth mobilization. A recalling
session on vision and mission of the company
was conducted to keep them focused to
achieve their goals.

Organic Agriculture

Organic agriculture is an integrated production system which promotes and enhances agro-
ecosystem health, including biodiversity, biological cycles and soil biological activity. It
emphasizes the use of natural inputs (i.e. minerals and products derived from plants) and the
renunciation of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides.

Organic farming is a farm of agriculture that relies
on techniques such as crops rotation, green
manure compost and biological pest control;
basically it's a production system that sustains the
health of soils, ecosystems and people. It relies an
ecological processes, biodiversity and cycles
adapted to local conditions, rather than the use
of inputs with adverse effects. Organic agriculture
combines tradition, innovation and science to
benefit the shared environment and promote fair
relationships with a good quality of life for all
involved.

Adoption Corner

farmers for adoption of
organic farming during the
first year. In Organic farming
the terms adoption means
learning new things and do
on the farm with the help of
natural plants, crop residues,
eco-friendly bacteria, fungi &
predators.

Farmers Training

Certification Corner

Certification of organic farming project are
handled by an expert team of Ansh Agrico
under supervision of Certification
Manager. The data entry team entry all the
details on internet based Traceability
system introduced by APEDA/ PGS-India,
Govt. of India. The Ansh Agrico has
certified 2 ICS in third party certification
(Meghalaya & U.P. each 1 ICS) and 1 LG-
India Certification Program in Uttarakhand.

Demonstrations Corner

The technical field staffs of Ansh Agrico
are expert for preparation of different on-
farm/off-farm input infrastructure for
nutrient and crop management. Cluster
wise demonstration programs are
conduct by senior staff with technical field
staff.

To enhance and update

arrange exposure visits of
the registered farmers. in
different farmers field
where organic farming is
taking place. Our farmers
visited IARI/ICAR, Pusa to
explore knowledge
about new techniques in
agriculture.

Organic Market Linkages
Producers Corner

Ansh Agrico has established it's marketing
linkages system for organically produced
products. The strategy for marketing of
organic certified produces in the market, we
facilitate a platform to the farmers to sell their
produce. We also facilitate buyer- seller meet
for direct marketing of the organically grown
produces. Ansh Agrico provide post- harvest
management techniques i.e. grading,
sorting, labeling, packaging and branding of
the produces for value addition of products
and to fetch maximum price for the produce.
Ansh Agrico helps farmers for identification of potential buyers, tie-ups with different
marketing partners to sell farmers produce at premium price.
