Thank you for submitting a request for academic editing services. Please complete the attached form and send along
with your document(s) and any pertinent instructions for journals, universities, and/or departments to:

For your document to be edited, MS Word documents are preferred, but any word processor that is compatible with
MS Word is acceptable. All other supplemental attachments can be in other formats.

Once received, we will review your service request and documents. You will be emailed within 24 hours with a
service agreement, which will include:

• Date Agreement (the date Perfected Papers + will send you your edited document and recommendations)
• Parameters of request (from your service request form)
• Itemized pricing
• Privacy Policy
• Payment and Delivery Policies

Please note: Initial Payment indicates acceptance of the service agreement and all Perfected Papers + Policies.

Once payment is received, your document will be returned no later than 6:00 pm on the promised date
agreement, unless otherwise noted.

Other Disclaimers:

Free Sample Edits are only available for Proofreading and Copy Editing services only, not for Formatting
or Research Assistance. Sample edits may include up to two pages of submitted writing and are limited to
one per customer in a calendar year. Perfected Papers + reserves the right to decline a free sample edit
to any customer.

Plagiarism and Academic Misconduct is not part of the service we provide. We do NOT “write”
dissertations, theses, or papers for any courses or degree requirements.
