and diverse portfolio of niche communities and signature
neighbourhoods in Southwestern Ontario.
Our keen eye to superior site selection, smart urban planning
and savvy design ensures that all of our projects are ideal long-

DEMAND
We learn what the market is looking for, refine our design
process, and prove it can be done.
With the fastest selling condo developments in Burlington,
Oakville and Hamilton, the only records we have to break are our
own.

WE BUILD
GREEN
New Horizon Development Group takes great pride in being able
to implement the latest proven eco-friendly technology into our
projects. We have a 100-kilometre purchasing philosophy: if we
can buy it locally, we do.
We use sustainable building technologies, such as being the
largest suppliers of geothermal heating and cooling in this
region, that not only reduce the environmental footprint of our
projects, but reduce the monthly costs for our customers.

Any drive by car would never know that this wasn’t a semi-luxury condominium, meaning the desired results were
achieved, properly integrating the assisted housing into a mature neighbourhood without any physical attributes to
