Paul Bigley is a Partner of Freeman Mathis & Gary and is Chair of the Downtown Los Angeles office. He has 35 years

of experience defending cases in California's state and federal courts involving: catastrophic injuries in the transportation,
products and premises liability arenas; insurance bad faith claims; professional liability; directors' and officers' liability,
sexual abuse, and entertainment litigation. Mr. Bigley represents a wide array of clients from individuals to Global 100
companies and has an extensive record of successful jury verdicts (over a dozen in the last few years alone).

Mr. Bigley also has successfully handled hundreds of arbitrations and mediations on behalf of his clients. Mr. Bigley
dedicated three years to prosecuting a civil RICO suit on behalf of the insurance industry, has prosecuted cable piracy
actions on behalf of the cable and television industry against international business organizations, and has defended a
number of production companies in the reality show genre. He holds Martindale-Hubbell's Preeminent AV® rating and
was featured in Forbes magazine.

In addition to Mr. Bigley's courtroom experience, he is the current Chairman of the Methodist Hospital Foundation Board

Kenneth Coronel is a Partner in Freeman, Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Los Angeles office. During the more than 30 years that Mr. Coronel
has been practicing, he has resolved scores of disputes on behalf of individuals, business entities, public agencies, insurance
companies and sureties via mediation, arbitration, trial, or quick, informal settlements.

Mr. Coronel’s litigation practice is focused on complex cases in the areas of business and commerce, construction, construction defect,
professional liability, employment, and insurance bad faith. Mr. Coronel’s trial experience includes having served as the lead trial
counsel in one of California’s longest civil trials - a construction claims case which took four years to try.

Rob Cutbirth is a Partner in the San Francisco-Downtown office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. Mr. Cutbirth brings

more than 30 years of national trial experience in complex multi-party, class and multi-district claims, as well as arguing a
number of significant appellate cases.

Mr. Cutbirth’s commercial litigation practice includes the enforcement and defense of local, regional and national companies

Matthew Jones is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary's Los Angeles office. Mr. Jones' experience has been dedicated to the areas
of Commercial Litigation/Directors & Officers, Tort and Catastrophic Loss, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, and Labor and
Employment. Specifically, Mr. Jones has extensive experience in insurance coverage analysis and litigation, bad faith and extra-

Mr. Jones is also a member of the firm’s National Transportation Practice Team. He has the experience and necessary skills to assist

Tim Kenna is a partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Kenna has over 40 years of experience

representing counter parties in complex insurance, reinsurance, fidelity, surety, insurance professional, commercial, title,
escrow and construction disputes including the defense of bad faith and other direct suits against insurers.

Mr. Kenna began his career in securities litigation and corporate takeovers. He then practiced in excess, surplus lines,
reinsurance and fidelity and surety, where he defended claims against professionals and high-risk enterprises including
commercial auto, auto dealerships, contractors and manufacturers and litigated coverage disputes in personal lines,
commercial general liability, specialty, life, health and disability, property, fidelity and surety and reinsurance.

Mr. Kenna is an Advocate of the American Board of Trial Advocates with over 100 bench and jury trials and private
arbitrations of construction and reinsurance claims. Mr. Kenna is a Certified Specialist in Appellate Law with numerous
appellate decisions.

Elizabeth Lowery is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary's Hermosa Beach and downtown Los Angeles offices. She is

she brings a unique and exceptionally strong financial background to an array of commercial litigation.

David Molinari is the chair of Freeman Mathis & Gary’s San Diego office. He has over thirty years of trial experience

having tried dozens of jury and bench trials to verdict. Mr. Molinari was recognized for his trial work in a “Case of Note”
Verdict Search, Volume 16, Issue 32, August 7, 2017: Farnham v. Nguyen, San Diego Superior Court Case 37-2014-
19986 for achieving a defense verdict resulting in recovery of expert fees and defense costs.

Mr. Molinari’s commercial litigation practice particularly focuses on prosecuting and defending intellectual property in the
areas of trade secrets, trademark, copyright and confidential information. He has litigated numerous Title 15 Lanham Act

Ben Schnayerson is a partner in FMG’s San Francisco office. He is a highly experienced trial attorney with substantial

Jon Tisdale is a partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Los Angeles office. Mr. His clients include a wide array of

Notably, in 2012, Mr. Tisdale obtained a unanimous reversal of the Ninth Circuit at the United States Supreme Court on a

Fellowship program, where she garnered experience working for some of the best defense and plaintiff’s firms in Southern
California.

Ms. Bavafa received her J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2017. During her time at Southwestern, she was the
recipient of the Dean’s Merit Award and the Honorable Richard C. Fildew Memorial Scholarship. Ms. Bavafa served on

Marshall Coyle is of counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary's Los Angeles office. Mr. Coyle has over 29 years of practice

experience in the areas of general liability, premises liability, product liability, workers' compensation, employment, real
estate and contract disputes. Mr. Coyle is a skilled litigator with extensive trial experience in California's state and federal
courts. He also has successfully handled numerous arbitrations and mediations on behalf of his clients. Prior to becoming
an attorney, Mr. Coyle obtained his California Fire & Casualty Broker - Agent/Life Agent and Real Estate Broker licenses.

Mr. Coyle is a member of FMG’s Tort & Catastrophic Loss and Labor & Employment Law National Practice Sections.

Mr. Coyle is an active member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.

Mr. Coyle represented clients in a California Real Estate Recovery Fund (the Fund) lawsuit, Davis v. Harris (1998) 61
Cal.App.4th 507, which outlined the parameters of recovery under the Fund by innocent members of the public defrauded
by licensed salespersons.

Amanda Figueroa is a staff attorney in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Downtown Los Angeles office.

Prior to joining FMG, Ms. Figueroa gained extensive hands-on experience at both insurance defense and plaintiff’s personal
injury firms.

Ms. Figueroa earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2016. While at Southwestern, she was awarded the CALI
Excellence for the Future Award in the Children’s Rights Clinic. As a student advocate in the clinic, she represented minors
with disabilities in educational meetings and settlement negotiations to ensure they received access to proper educational
services. In addition to her clinic experience, Ms. Figueroa completed over 300 public service hours teaching legal life skills
to at-risk youth and volunteering time with multiple public interest organizations. Her commitment to public service earned
her the Public Service Distinction from Southwestern Law School and the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal
Services from the State Bar of California.

While at Southwestern, Ms. Figueroa was also Chair of the Board of Governors for the Negotiation Honors Program. As a
student, she earned a First Place finish at the Thomas Jefferson Sports Law Negotiation Competition, as well as a Second
Place finish at the American Bar Association National Representation in Mediation. Ms. Figueroa is currently a coach for
the Negotiation Honors Program, where she teaches negotiation skills to law students. She has coached numerous teams
to award winning finishes in both regional and national competitions.

In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Figueroa is also a licensed dental hygienist with over ten years of experience in
private practice. In her spare time, Ms. Figueroa enjoys motorsports, soccer, USC football, hiking, and visiting museums.

Ryan Greenspan is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s San Francisco - Downtown office.

Mr. Greenspan has been a practicing civil litigator in the San Francisco area since 2014. In addition to labor and
employment, Mr. Greenspan has had extensive experience litigating cases involving asbestos, landlord/tenant issues,
breach of contract, and land use disputes. Mr. Greenspan has the background and skills necessary to advise clients both
large and small on numerous legal issues and navigate them through often difficult litigation. He has represented Fortune
500 companies, condominium associations, private universities, and individual clients.

Mr. Greenspan has tried five separate cases to verdict. Most recently, he obtained a defense verdict for a client in San
Mateo County in which she was accused of insurance fraud stemming from a motor vehicle accident. He has also drafted
several successful Motions for Summary Judgment and Demurrers.

Mr. Greenspan is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco. While
in college, Mr. Greenspan was a member of Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity where he served as Recruitment Chairman, Public
Relations Chairman, and New Member Educator. Currently, he is a board member of Pug Rescue of Northern California, a
non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping pugs in Northern California and parts of Nevada find permanent homes.

Zach Price is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s San Francisco office. Zach has substantial experience in all
phases of the litigation process, including case evaluation, discovery, law and motion, trial, and appeals.

Zach represents local, national, and international companies in commercial and product liability matters in state and
federal court. He also regularly advises insurers on coverage issues.

Prior to joining the San Francisco office, Zach worked for a statewide defense firm, a national product liability firm, as a
research assistant for Professor Victoria Schwartz, and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Sandra Ikuta of the Ninth
Circuit Court of Appeals.

Davit Zargaryan is an associate in FMG's Downtown - Los Angeles office. Prior to joining FMG, Mr. Zargaryan’s practice
involved commercial litigation, where he defended clients in complex business disputes. Mr. Zargaryan was also selected
for a prestigious Fellowship with the American Board of Trial Advocates. As a Fellow Mr. Zargaryan refined his skills
working for defense and plaintiff firms and for a Superior Court Judge. Mr. Zargaryan’s experience also extends to
summer law clerk positions in the District Court and Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

Mr. Zargaryan received his J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2017. During law school, he was honored as a Moot
Court finalist after authoring and competitively arguing an appellate brief, conducted research as a Research Assistant for
faculty, and lead multiple student organizations. Mr. Zargaryan also served on the Board and as an Editor for the
Southwestern Journal of International Law, and drafted an article on the U.S.-E.U. Safe Harbor Agreement and the
difficulties that led to its ultimate failure.

Mr. Zargaryan is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also volunteers with non-
profits battling pediatric cancer and provides pro-bono legal services.

Parisa Saleki is staff counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Los Angeles office. Ms. Saleki is a member of the California
State Bar and is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the Federal Central District of California. She
graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a major in Political Science and an emphasis on
International Relations and Political Theory. Ms. Saleki then earned her Juris Doctor degree at Southwestern Law School.

In law school, Ms. Saleki was a board member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. She also co-founded and served
as Vice President of the Persian Law Students Association. Further, Ms. Saleki was honored to be a Southwestern Law
School Writing Fellow, a Street Law Clinic Student-Teacher and Advocate, the Treasurer of the Middle Eastern Law
Students Association, a Teen Court volunteer, and a member of the International Law club. During law school, she also
externed for the District Attorney’s Office in the Hardcore Gang Unit, clerked at a local civil litigation defense firm, and
worked as a Student Research Associate for Lexis Nexis.

After law school, Ms. Saleki was selected to serve as a Fellow for a prestigious litigation fellowship through the Los
Angeles division of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Through the fellowship, she garnered experience
working for some of the best defense and plaintiff’s firms in Southern California. The fellowship included a clerkship with
the Honorable William D. Stewart of the Los Angeles Superior Court. After passing the bar, Ms. Saleki started to work at a
local civil defense firm where my area of focus included business transactions, public entity and public utility defense
litigation, personal injury, matters involving general civil litigation and pre-litigation, and also family law.

Emily Williams is Staff Counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Los Angeles – Downtown office, where she focuses
primarily on torts and catastrophic loss. She has extensive experience in personal injury law, most recently working as an
associate attorney in a Plaintiff’s personal injury firm.

During law school, Ms. Williams was an editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review,
Inter-American Court of Human Rights Project, where she wrote three pieces that were selected for publication. She
clerked with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Federal Trade Commission, and Legal Aid Foundation of
Los Angeles.

Ms. Williams was a professional ballet dancer prior to law school, and also worked in fashion public relations. She lives a
vegan lifestyle and enjoys participating in animal activism.
