Michael Burwick is a partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Boston office. He brings a quarter century of experience in securities law
including significant regulatory, transactional, and litigation experience. He has a proven track record of working with stake holders in the
financial services arena that includes investment advisers, brokers and dealers, pooled investment vehicles and private sponsors of
securities sold pursuant to Regulation D. As a law firm attorney, he has served financial firms of varying sizes and companies that are
based in New England, California, the Midwest, and many points in between. He has also served as a Chief Compliance Officer and a
Due Diligence Officer as well as General Counsel to several broker-dealers and registered investment advisers.

Mr. Burwick is a member of the State Bars of Florida and The District of Columbia and he is a candidate for admission on motion to the
Massachusetts State Bar. He is also a member of the Federal Bars of the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida and the

Neil Hartzell is a partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Boston and Providence offices. Mr. Hartzell has extensive experience in a broad
range of matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation including commercial disputes, antitrust, eminent

Jennifer Markowski is a Partner in the firm's Boston and Providence offices. She is an experienced trial lawyer who has
tried cases to verdict throughout New England. Ms. Markowski’s practice focuses on the defense of employment and

professional liability claims.

Ms. Markowski regularly represents her labor and employment clients in arbitration and mediation, and she handles matters
before federal and state courts, and also before administrative agencies including Massachusetts Commission Against
Discrimination (MCAD). Her labor and employment practice fully encompasses the issues that employers may face in

Kirsten Patzer is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Boston office. Ms. Patzer is a trial attorney with a practice focused on
representing and counseling financial services firms, financial advisors, and registered investment advisors. As former in-house counsel
to several financial institutions, including the largest independent broker dealer in the United States and a Fortune 500 financial
services company, she brings a distinctive set of skills, experiences, and insights to her litigation practice.

Ms. Patzer’s experience includes defending broker dealers and financial professionals in hundreds of arbitration and litigation matters,
involving an array of issues including: selling away, misappropriation of funds, expungement, investment suitability, churning, fraud, and
product due diligence. She has also handled a variety of employment related matters involving hostile work environment, discrimination,
and retaliation claims. In addition to her experience with traditional employment litigation, Ms. Patzer has had dozens of matters in front
of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s arbitration forum where she has defended her clients against allegations of wrongful
termination, defamation, tortious interference with contract, and intentional interference with prospective economic advantage.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Patzer has also represented clients in regulatory matters before FINRA, the SEC, the Certified

Nancy Reimer is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary's Boston office. She is Vice Chair of the Firm's Professional

Liability/Errors & Omissions, and Chair of Accountants Liability National Practice Team.

Ms. Reimer focuses on a wide range of complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, including trials and
