the Aspen Art Museum, JAS hosts
diverse concerts for “Jazz Spoken

across the Western Slope of Colorado

• Travel, accommodations and tickets for 20 students to attend the Greeley Jazz Festival

• Sponsorship of the JAS Band Battle featuring 40 students

• Sponsorship of three summer camp programs with 45 student participants

• Funding of 11 students through the JAS Student Assistant Program

• Distribution of event tickets to over 300 students and teachers throughout the
school year

• Scholarships for 2 students to attend the Berklee School of Music 5-Week
Summer Program

• 4 In-Schools visits by professional jazz musicians provided by JAS
