As the year closes, thought it would be great to take some time out and reflect on our journey in 2017
as a S&C family together. We have had a great year so far with many accomplishments, which I am sure you
will enjoy reading in this reflection. I want to congratulate and thank each one of you for the hard work
through the year in ensuring these accomplishments. I also want to thank the leadership at HTS and global
S&C teams for the directions, support, encouragement and motivation that has kept us going through good

HongKong and Brno. We are also contributing to ARINC 424A industry
working committee meeting, to define the next gen navigational data
structure at Phoenix & Columbia.

Our focus on training, CD & re-alignment of workflow resulted in
greater bandwidth allowing transfer of 110 databases
(EPIC&ATR) from PHX to HTS. Our Process improvement
initiatives resulted in productivity savings of $185k.
