For the new generation, maintain healthy lifestyle is quite difficult for them to practice in daily life. As we seen, the
cases of obesity and diabetes keep rising until the maximum level. We should not neglect this problem because these
diseases can be known as high risk diseases and if severely, it may bring us to death. Honestly, it is simple to keep
our lifestyle healthy.

First of all, we need to take care of our diet and practice balanced diet. Balanced diet is made up of seven classes
which are carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, fibres, minerals and water. Early in the morning, we are avoid to
consume oily, sweety and salty food because it may cause indigestion. Consume oily food in a long term may lead us
to cardiovascular diseases. As an ideal breakfast to start our day, we are encouraged to consume whole grains with
low-fat milk or Greek yogurt, fresh cherry tomatoes and eggs. Somehow, lots of people always skip their breakfast as
they need to rush to their offices everyday. Some else, they went to the fast food shops such as KFC and McDonalds
to buy their breakfast.

Furthermore, get regular exercise is one of the ways to maintain healthy lifestyle. Activities that we can do are
playing badminton, jogging, cycling and others. It is not good to stay at home for a whole day without going out to
breath in fresh air. During weekends, it is a golden opportunity for us to exercise. Some of them saying that they are
lazy to go to the gym room but they would rather to scroll their handphones on the sofa. This is the worst reason to
skip from exercise. Actually we can go to the nearby park to take a walk. It is opened to everyone and from there, we
get to know lots of new friends. Even jogging, it makes us to sweat and it does help in releasing our stress effectively.
Other than that, exercise promotes better sleep.

Next, we should have enough rest everyday. As we seen, teenagers always stay up late. The
main factor causing them to stay up late is they like to scroll social media, online shopping until they
forgot the time they need to sleep. In a long term, our immunity decreases thus we are easily fell to
sick. We need to keep early hours so that we are energetic to face a new day. We will focus and study
effectively in class. Moreover, staying up late may lead to high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer and
other high risk diseases.

In a nutshell, we can say that there are various benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. “Health is the
key to happiness”, I truly agreed with this phrase because someone who fell in sick always emotional
as they need to take lots of medicine.
