Quick Removable Bonnet with Steam Jacket

Betts Steam Jacketed Q.R.B. Hydrolet Valve is designed to handle Steam Jacket
heavy, viscous, temperature sensitive liquids. The quick removable
bonnet permits easy dismantling for cleaning and inspection. The
valve is available in the three styles shown below in 3” and 4” sizes with
flanged or threaded outlets. The valve is constructed of 316 stainless
for compatibility with a wide range of products. The jacket material is
304 stainless and the two steam connections are 3/4” NPT female.
Pressure and Temperature Rating:
• Max working pressure (MAWP): 35psi [2.4 bar]
• Max temperature (dependent on seal):

- PTFE, FKM or Non-Abestos: 400oF [204oC]
- Nitile (Buna-N): 230oF [110oC]

Hydrolet Valves etts Q.R.B. Hydrolet Valve

Quick Removable Bonnet Steam Jacket

This valve has the same features as Betts Steam Jacket Q.R.B but with the Steam Jacket
added advantage of having an outside screw and yoke which isolates the
threads of the steam from the product being hauled. The steam jacketed Outside Screw & Yoke
Q.R.B. is designed to handle temperature sensitive liquids. The quick 90o Elbow
removable bonnet permits easy dismantling for cleaning and inspection.
The valve is available in the three styles show below in 3” and 4” sizes with
flanged or threaded outlets. The valve is constructed of 316 stainless
for compatibility with a wide range of products. The jacket material is
304 stainless and the two steam connections are 3/4” NPT female.

This fixture is designed to make possible the emergency unloading of an overturned tank through
a capper 3” NPT clean-out without spillage of product. After clamping on the unloading fixture as
described in the operational instruction sheet, clean-out cap can be removed within the fixture
and with proper discharge lines hooked up unload product down to the level of the clean-out.
