Gallup's Q12 Survey 2017

With a view to increase engagement, productivity, and bottom-line performance of an employee,
NPH organized Gallup's Q12 survey in last quarter. Gallup researchers spent decades writing
and testing hundreds of questions, because their wording and order mean everything when it
comes to accurately measuring engagement. Their research yielded Gallup's Q12 survey: the
12 questions that measure the most important elements of employee engagement. Employees
answer 12 simple questions, available in multiple languages, that tie directly to performance
outcomes. Scores are on a 1 to 5 scale, which clearly highlights
strengths and opportunities.

The survey has been successfully completed and based on
outcomes of survey, a new impact plan for CY18 has been
prepared which has been finalised in a meet of all Mangers. Impact
plan for 2017 has been successfully implemented based on Q12

Survey of 2016. The purpose of the whole activity is to charge up

the level of motivation and morale of the employees to work hard

and give their best in upcoming years.

When we look into a mirror, the image reflects not only what we are today but also reveals who we used to be. Although
appearances change, many of the underlying characteristics remain the same. The same with the journey of INFORMATICA which
was started in October’15 . In this column we are just trying to recall the journey of our quarterly newsletter in last two years.
