TMG has continued to build a new furnace with a total capacity of 300 tons per day and four
forming lines in the existing plant. This new furnace will become operational in April 2013. TMG has
continued to improve its product quality through the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standard System, Lean
Six Sigma program and Kaizen System. The company has aimed to continuously increase production
efficiency and develop employees’ skills to support its business expansion. With the dedication and
commitment of both management and staff, TMG has been awarded the certificate of Excellent
Establishment on Labor Relations and Welfare together with the Green Industry Level 1 Award in
2012. TMG expects another good year in 2013 due mainly to the incremental sales from the
additional capacity of the second furnace, which will become operational in April 2013. The company
plans to start building another furnace in early 2013 with a total capacity of 400 tons per day and
five forming lines at a new site near the current plant in Saraburi. This third furnace will become
operational in the third quarter of 2014 to accommodate the future growth of glass packaging
business

I work in the department Process Maintenance. I work on maintenance of machines.
Repair and maintain PLC Control. At this time I was in the process of learning the job. Take
care of the machine control system and calibrate the sensor measuring instrument.
