Slimming World Campfire Stew
Delicious & slimming?!

This hearty, warming bowl of Slimming World Add in the cured pork.
Campfire Stew is perfect for the colder months with
delicious southern flavours. Bring to a boil, cover and then place in the oven for
approx 1.5-2 hours. The uncured pork should be

1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of oregano
1/2 tsp of thyme
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
Pinch of salt and black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180c/350f (gas
mark 4)

Spray a large ovenproof
casserole pot with some
cooking oil spray.
Add the onion and peppers and
fry until soft, adding in a little stock to prevent any
sticking.
