The Fifteenth Green

Welcome to The Doon From the Twelfth Fairway

On behalf of all the Members and Staff at Bonnie Doon, I am excited to welcome you to
Bonnie Doon Golf Club.

Consistently recognised as one of the best courses in Sydney, Bonnie Doon has recently
completed the final stage of our redevelopment with OCM Course Design.

The Club, originally founded in 1897, is one of the oldest in Australia and unique in that it
has existed at three sites, our original Tempe site, the farmhouse of a former grazing
property at Arncliffe from which the club takes its name - this land now makes up part of
Kingsford-Smith Aerodrome. The current site at Pagewood was settled shortly after
World War II.

Bonnie Doon is, first and foremost, a player's club; we hold friendly and competitive play
at the heart of our ethos and hold competition play six days per week.

Our Superintendent Cameron Smith and Greens Staff maintain our course in consultation
with our course architects to ensure their vision is maintained and the best possible
experience for our members and guests is created.

Our practice facilities are extensive and include a full-length driving range, and two
extensive short game facilities. These are available seven days per week and open one
hour before the day's first tee time.

The hard work of our course staff culminated in 2021, when we held our first PGA event in
many years, securing a three-year contract to host the Sydney leg of The Players Series.
This unique event allows both men and women to compete for the same prize purse; this
is particularly important for Bonnie Doon, a club that has dedicated large amounts to the
enrichment of the women's game of golf.

To experience our course before your round, the Golf Operations team have arranged a
flyover course tour which is available here or by scanning the QR Code below.

Our bar, bistro and cafe facilities are available for your use seven days per week

We look forward to hosting you at the club,

Blake Ballinger,
Director of Golf
