Sales Routing Information

Under $2k Subtotal – Gopher - CS will process, no matter what the account pop ups are, then send to the customer.
Over $2k Subtotal - CS will enter in all information, including item numbers, then route to Sales according to the below:
*TOP ACCOUNT is the only pop up CS needs to take special action on for quotes over $2k subtotal*
*All tasks should be HIGH priority when routing them to a SM or SS*
**Exception: All WI tasks should

Hard Copy Quotes over $2k subtotal be sent John Dooley no matter
Top Account – Route high priority task to Regional Sales Manager the dollar amount**
- If Regional SM is out of the office, route task to Sales Support
Not Top Account – Route high priority task to Territory Sales Manager
- If Territory SM is out of the office, route task to Sales Support Please use the Quote Price Concession

Phone Quotes over $2k subtotal for any discounts on Domestic quotes:
Transfer call to appropriate Sales Manger 855 number Gopher under $2k

- If SM unavailable, it will go to the regional queue automatically Performance under $1k
- If no one there is available, route a task Play With A Purpose all stay in CS

o For any instance above, route tasking accordingly:
 If SM is in the office, route High Priority task to SM
 If SM is out of the office, route High Priority task to Sales Support
