ABOUT US WZS Binaraya Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 200701015682 (773689-D)] (“Binaraya”)
is a wholly owned subsidiary of WZ Satu Berhad, a Bumiputra controlled public
listed company. Binaraya is a 4 Star Scoring Bumiputra civil engineering and
building contractor, registered under G7 with the Construction Industry
Development Board (“CIDB”) and holds a Grade C1 (Bekalan Air) license with
Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (“SPAN”). Binaraya obtained its quality
standard recognition, achieving its ISO 9001 certification since 2012 and is highly
committed to fulfilling our Clients’ quality expectations.

Binaraya has a paid up capital of RM46.5 million. Since its establishment in 2008 ,

We specialize in the design, engineering, construction, installation, testing and
commissioning of water and ancillary services . Among the major projects we have
successfully completed are:

Design and construction of water tank and
installation of water pipes :

i) Water reticulation system involving the supply and
lay of m.s. water pipe ranging from 150mm diameter
to 450mm diameter pipe in a total length of 8.7km.

ii) Construction of 570,000 gallon elevated water tank
and 190,000 gallon suction tank

For a housing development project in Kuantan, Pahang.

Relocation of water pipes:
The water works in this project includes relocation of water pipe ranging from
1200mm diameter to 300mm pipe at 8 locations with line stop connection.
Part of the major works include pipe jacking thru existing Ipoh-Lumut
Highway with a total length of 450m. Various piping material were used in
conjunction with the existing pipes, ie M.S. pipe, ductile iron pipe and uPVC
pipes.The value of works is approximately RM42.0 Million.

lay 600mm diameter MS pipe in a length of 3.0km

Construction of sewerage treatment plant and elevated
water tank and the supply and laying of water pipes:

The project involved 700,000 cu.m of earth fill to prepare
platform for Pasir Mas Halal Park. It also includes the
construction of infrastructure works, 6,500PE sewerage
treatment plant and elevated water tank with the capacity
of 250,000 gallons.
The works related to water are including:
i) Supply and lay of 4.7km m.s. pipe and HDPE pipe
ii)Construct of 250,000 gallons elevated water tank and 7,000

gallons suction tank c/w pump house, pump sets, control
panel, valves, specials and telemetric systems

Relocation of water pipes:
This project requires the relocation of water pipes ranging
from 150mm diameter to 800mm diameter m.s. water
pipe complete with associated valves, fittings and
other ancillary works. The value of water works involved
is RM6.0 Mil.

Construction of water tank, supply & laying of water
pipes and pipe jacking:

The scope of works of water works in this project
includes:-
i) The construction of 2.0mil gallon R.C. elevated water

tank
ii) Supply and lay of 600mm diameter m.s. water pipe

in a total length of 10km.
iii) Pipe jacking work of 1600mm diameter water pipe

crossing the main Jabor road.

Design and construction of sewerage treatment plant,
and water tank :
This project consists of 1.10Mil cu.m sand fill, infrastructure
works, 20,000PE sewerage treatment plant and elevated
water tank with the capacity of 250k gallons.
The laying of approximately 3.8km m.s. water pipe ranging from
200mm diameter to 300mm diameter pipe to provide water to
the industrial area. An elevated water tank has been constructed
to store 250k gallons water for the usage of the industrial park.
A suction tank c/w pump house with 165m3/hr pumps sets,
Magflow Meter, Control Panel and all electrical and mechanical
system was installed. The value of water services is amounting
to RM10 Million.

This project consists of construction of ROB10 (5 spans land bridge with total length of 180m) at
Jalan Mengkudu and ROB12 (16 spans land bridge with total length of 550m) at Jalan Teluk
Wanjah. Both bridges are in the middle of Alor Setar Town. The ROB12 subcontract consists of
Design and Build of a dual-two carriageway elevated bridge on a single pier structure with 2.8m
diameter bored pile foundation, precast T-beam, RE Wall and all other associated works. It is the
first bridge in Malaysia supported in a single large diameter bored pile foundation.
