Information of asset in FAR must be correctly updated at all State/Sub Division Grand Total
time. Therefore, the updating and maintaining of information in

An asset shall be proposed for retirement and derecognized 2383
from FAR when it is no longer providing future economic Grand Total

Why Asset Integrity is Important?

It is important for a company to keep track and ensure
the asset integrity in managing the assets to
maximize possible return to stakeholder.

Proper accounting of the asset inventory will remove
the unnecessary asset, indirectly minimize yearly
asset depreciation and generate accurate Profit and
Loss. Accumulated depreciation is shown in the
balance sheet reporting.

Asset owner tasks

New assets should be tagged and 1. Request QR Code
verify within 2 months from the GR 2. Physically tagged & verify via Averest 2.0

untuk memastikan maklumat aset sentiasa tepat.

Persaraan Aset / Pelupusan Aset ISP Network Mgmt 1986
Aset perlu dilupuskan separa atau sepenuhnya dan Voice Int. Tx NM 313
dikeluarkan dari system (FAR) apabila tidak membawa 2383
sebarang keuntungan dan tidak digunakan lagi di dalam Grand Total
syarikat.

Mengapa integriti aset sangat
penting?

Adalah penting utk sesebuah syarikat untuk
memastikan rekod asset sentiasa tepat dalam
menguruskan aset untuk memaksimakan keuntungan
kepada pihak berkepentingan.

Penjagaan akaun yang betul akan memansuhkan
asset yang tidak lagi menjana sebarang dan yang
sudah tidak digunakan, secara tidak langsung
mengurangkan susut nilai asset dan menghasilkan
Laporan Untung Rugi yang lebih tepat. Laporan Susut
Nilai asset boleh didapati dalam Laporan Kunci Kira-
Kira Asset.

dalam masa 3 bulan selepas 2. Melampirkan dokumen sokongan kepada Group Finance untuk
mendapat kelulusan dari Group
Finance (untuk penjualan tempoh aset yang telah dilupuskan
masa yang diberi adalah 1 tahun)
