ADMISSION
1. The school will accept all admissions as stipulated under the requirements of the

Right to EducationAct.

2. Admissions are open to all Grades, subject to the availability of seats.

3. For fresh admission, parents should apply in the Prescribed Forms along with the
Declaration and original Birth Certificate.

MODE OF PAYMENT OF FEES

Fees can be paid annually. In case of payment of Tuition fee on monthly basis, the
same should be paid before 5th of every month by Cash / Cheque / Card.

 Parents are required to keep the payment receipts in safe custody and produce the
same to school in proof of their payment or else they may quote the receipt
number.

 Parents are requested to give correct particulars such as Admn. No., Name, Class
& Section of the student while depositing the fee.

 Parents must ensure the payment of all the dues of a session, before the exam
commences. The Admit card (Hall tickets) for the exam will be issued on
production of “No Due” certificate.

 Parents / Guardians should ensure that the fee is paid in advance before the due
date, failing which the student is liable to be barred from attending classes and will
be removed from the rolls.

 Every Student leaving in the middle of the Academic Year is liable to pay for the
whole year

Office - 8.00 am to 5.00pm

Kinder Garten - 9.30 am to 3.30 pm

Grade I to XII - 9.00 am to 3.30 pm

Consulting Time

Teachers - 3.30 to 4.30 pm
Principal - 2.30 to 3.30 pm

Note: Parents can meet the Teachers/ Principal with prior appointment in case
of emergencies.

ASSEMBLY

The School commences with its congregation to inculcate a high sense of
National Integrity and Universal Brotherhood including School Prayer, Devotional
and Patriotic songs. Moral Development of the students and discipline is specified as
important. News reading, reciting poems, moral teachings and singing songs in
chorus are the significant features of the School Assembly. National Song is sung on
Mondays and National Anthem on all days. Every week is assigned for one Moral
Activity. Festivals and special days are being celebrated.

RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

Creative opportunities are arranged to the students, where they learn making
stuffed dolls, paper work, Origami, Match stick work, Sand Work, Creativity out of
waste materials, Clay modeling etc.

The students are motivated to take part in social activities and also taken out
for field trips, Industrial visits, Camps and Tours etc. Apart from these, students are
provided opportunities to participate in Cultural Activities for self-expression and
advancement of the cultural heritage.

Yoga
Yoga is included in the day to day activity of Students. This is also graded in Non-
scholastic grades. Participation is mandatory.

House System
To encourage leadership quality, healthy competition and team spirit, co curricular
activities are introduced on house basis.

LIBRARY

The School library is equipped with more than 10000+ books of all categories
aiming to develop the reading habits of the students and also for reference to prepare
Projects and to develop CreativeAttitude.

 Reference book should not be taken out of the library.

 If the borrowed books are not returned on date, a fine of Rs.10/- per day will be
imposed for delay period.

 Books borrowed shall be kept neatly. Avoid marking, underlining or any kind of
defacing the books.

 If books are lost, damaged or badly handled double the cost of the book shall be
fined.

HOME WORK

Students are assigned with homework, in order to encourage self discipline
and to persuade education beyond school.
• Homework should be completed and submitted within the prescribed time.
 Parents may use the diary to inform the school if the ward seems to spend more or

less time on homework than assigned.
 If the homework is not completed as per the schedule the parent has to meet the

respective Class teacher/Principal to find the solution.

ATTENDANCE
Students should come to school regularly on time.

 Every student requires an attendance of not less than 85%.

 Students may avail short leave (a day or two) only with prior permission by
submitting a leave letter to the class teacher and the parent need to fill in the 'Leave
andAbsence' record of the school diary.

 Any sick leave beyond three days must be accompanied with a Doctor certificate.

 Absence without information will attract disciplinary action.

 Late coming to the school will not be entertained.

 Reporting late after holidays will be dealt strictly.

 The days being declared as holidays by the Government time to time will be
observed by the school as holidays in addition to the noted holidays in the diary.

BUS RULES
 Parents may avail the bus facility for their ward as per existing rules and fares.
 Bus fees will have to be remitted along with the tuition fees.
 Buses will not wait for the late comers.
 Objects of any kind must not be thrown inside or outside the bus.
 Students will be held responsible and punished for any damage to buses caused by

negligence or vandalism and fined accordingly.
 The Parents should ensure that transportation of their wards to and from the school

is comfortable and small kids of Nursery and other classes are properly escorted,
boarded and received personally at the bus stop.
 A responsible person from the school is on duty in every vehicle with a mobile
phone to keep connectivity with the school office. Please note down the telephone
numbers of the respective bus in-charges from the school office.

DISCIPLINE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Every student is expected to maintain dignity, the decorum and good behaviour at

all times. Bullying, Teasing, Commenting and Abusing (verbal/physical/or both)
will be viewed seriously and serious action will be taken.
 Students must obey, respect and honour the faculties and all the staff of the school.
 The students must participate in all activities and finish off the given homework,
assignments and projects within the stipulated period of time.
 The school property should be handled with care.
 Students are responsible for the safety of their books and belongings.
 Make use of the dust bins to keep your campus neat and clean.
 Students shall not use edibles like Chewing gum or packed food materials in the
campus.
 No Mobiles or Memory cards or C.D's should be brought to the school.
 Damage of any school property or facilities is liable to be restored at the expense
of the student who caused the damage.
 Unfair means in Tests and Examinations will be viewed seriously and severe
disciplinary action will be taken against those who indulge in such practice.
 It's mandatory to wear valid school ID card at all times.
 Loss of ID card must be reported immediately to the school office for which a
duplicate card will be issued and charged for.
 Students should not bring objectionable and forbidden substances and articles
inside the school campus
 Students are prohibited from wearing any expensive ornaments, Jewellery and
possessing money more than Rs.100 inside the school campus.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS

 Parents are required to monitor their ward's academic works regularly.

 Parents are required to pay the fee on time to enable smooth functioning of the
school.

 Parents have to communicate with the class teachers for any queries and
clarifications.

 Progress of the child in academics, sports and co-curricular activities, character
building/development, discipline and social issues can be discussed with the
class teacher.

 Parents must attend 'Open House' and “PTAgeneral body meeting” without fail.

 The parent is expected to support the school when disciplinary action is taken.

 Any change in family status, separation, death and any such instances must be
communicated to the School Authorities to help and counsel the child to cope
with the changes.

 Any change of Postal address, Email Id and Telephone numbers are to be reported
immediately, failing which the school will not be responsible for the non receipt
of any communication addressed to parents or guardians.

 Parents should check the school diary daily and initial the note sent by the school
or teacher.

COMMUNICATION
All communications can be done through school E-mail ID. In case of
emergency, the parents can call the school on the telephone number provided by the
school.

Parents who wish to meet the Principal, (on days other than 'Open Days')
should fix time and make a prior appointment.

Initials should be made by the parent as it is checked in their ward's diary daily.

In case of any complaint against the student in Academics or in Discipline a
note may be sent in the school diary.

DRESS CODE AND UNIFORM

 All Students should come to the school in clean and tidy uniform with ID card
issued by the school.

 Students should be in School uniform during School hours, School trips, official
gatherings, while representing the school for any function or event outside the
school, and going to and from the school.

 Students are allowed to wear informal dress only on Birthdays or on any Special
occasion as school permits and wear Sports uniform as instructed.

 The students should strictly follow full grooming standards and clip nails,
periodically cut and comb hair neatly. Fancy haircuts, Ear studs, Hair colouring,
Hair gel, inappropriate hair styling and Body tattoos are strictly prohibited.

 Parents should ensure that the uniform of their ward is well maintained, cleaned
and ironed. It should not be torn, faded, crumbled, shabby and ill fitting.

 Tight fitting uniforms/dress will not be allowed.

 Jeans/T-Shirts of any type will not be allowed inside the campus.
