for PGA Secretary 2016

I am excited to rejoin you along the campaign trail leading to the 100th

Annual Meeting in New York City!

Ours is a people business that grows through the strength of our relationships.
Over the past two decades as a PGA member I have learned a great deal; about
the value of lifelong friendships gained through the game, about the importance
mentors have had in my development, and about my ongoing responsibility to
serve others and grow the game.

Continuing education and active involvement in the Association are the keys to a
PGA member’s success. And I believe that success is forged locally, through strong
Chapters and Sections, and empowered PGA members sharing a passion for the
game.

My service as a Chapter and Section officer along with positions on the Board
of Control and national committees have prepared me for leadership of the
PGA of America. Just as it has been throughout my 19 years of service in the
PGA, my mission over the course of the next eight years as an officer is to make
a difference in the lives of our members and their families, and to do everything
possible to strengthen and elevate this great game. As your next Secretary I will
never forget the ideals represented by our brand and the rich tradition of our first
100 years.

I look forward to spending time together this year, earning your vote and charting
our course together toward the next great PGA century.
