Your favorite spices

Cooking method:

Boil the boneless, skinless chicken thighs for
40 minutes over medium heat. In a separate
bowl, whisk together spices and egg yolks Over
stovetop or in microwave, bring 16 oz. of water to
a gentle boil and add 1 complete scoop of chicken
WELLNESS soup mixture. Stir. Add whisked spiced
yolks to hot soup mix, simmer lightly and stir
again. Remove chicken from heat, and separate
into shredded pieces. Place the prepared chicken
on a plate, pour the soup on top and garnish with
cilantro leaves and croutons and serve.
