YEARS We utilize a strong “hands-on” approach to managing our properties. We inspect each building regularly
and meet constantly with tenants and vendors as well as offer 24-hour on-call representatives for after
hours emergencies. We have built an organization based on reputation for superior service and invite
you to contact any tenants or building owners that we serve.
ACCOUNTING
Our accounting department is led by a CPA with 25 years of experience. We use Skyline Property
Management Software for producing financial statements and budgets and, therefore, have the capacity
to configure our monthly reports to your specifications.
