FAQ’s When can we purchase jewellery from this Plan? Gold or Diamond jewellery can be purchased after 330 days from the date of first advance payment. Can we purchase Gold Coins? No. Gold Coins and Bullion cannot be redeemed from the accumulated amounts under this plan. In case of discontinuation of the plan, will the amount accumulated till then be refunded? PMJ always encourages members to continue the plan and enjoy the benefits to its fullest. However, in case of discontinuation, Jewellery worth the accumulated amount can be purchased and close the account. As a policy, PMJ does not refund the amount and moreover, customer loses all the loyalty benefits and discounts offered while subscribing into the plan. How to remit the monthly committed amounts? PMJ has made both online and offline modes of payment available for members’ ease of payment. How does the Plan apply when we shift to another city after enrolling in the Plan? Monthly payments can be made online and offline, also the redemption can happen at a store near to you. Who will be responsible for the regular payments of members in case of Queens’ Kitty? Individual subscribers in the group are responsible for their regular payments as each subscriber’s account is maintained separately. Redemption of jewellery happens only after their individual contribution is completed as per the plan. Can the Plan be transferred to any of my family members or friends? All the Plans are maintained as individual payments which are not transferable as per policy. What are the other important terms and conditions one should know? Subscribers are requested to go through the complete Terms and Conditions mentioned in the Plan Subscription Form before enrolling, for better understanding and to rule out any ambiguity.
