• Tele/Data/AV work is to be coordinated by the Client directly with Nl&S and is not factored into
the cost estimate. Contractor will supply conduit, box and plaster ring within new partitions
only, if required to support these services

• Renovations Project Management includes design and construction contract coordination and
project estimating.

• Renovations Project Coordination includes trade supervision, site visits and construction
coordination.

• Project Scheduling is contingent on when approval is received from the Client, availability of
materials and access to the site/space.

• Furnishings, equipment and audio/visual components and/or design are not included unless
expressly indicated as such. These items/services are to be provided/coordinated by the Client.

• This is a budget estimate only, in order to provide a general assumption of construction and
design costs.

Cornett & Cundiff, Inc. is pleased to submit this proposal to provide the Basic Professional Design, Bid
Assistance and Construction Administration services to provide a 20-year warranted 60-mil black Fully­
Adhered EPDM reroofing system for the above referenced project in accordance with the Commonwealth of
Virginia Construction and Professional Services Manual (CPSM) as follows:

Building/Project/Architectural Narratives, Renderings, Elevations and Architecture Review Board
Submissions are not included in the Basic Scope of Services. Our Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM)
Construction Cost Estimate for the Roof Replacement Project, including pre-engineered deadweight
rooftop fall arrest devices, is $320,000 (Note: Scope of Services and Cost Estimate does not include any
costs associated with concrete coping/parapet wall repairs or roof decking/structure replacement, if
required). Cornett & Cundiff appreciates the opportunity to provide you with our professional services;
