Visitor Parking

Society Las Olas is implementing a parking plan that will enhance
security on the property, ensure that guest parking spaces are
reserved for authorized guests only, and maintain an organized
parking atmosphere for all of our authorized parkers.
The paid/visitor parking area will utilize the ParkingPayments.com
payment platform for visitor payments. This application is very
user friendly and does not require an app to be downloaded.

Is Society Las Olas limiting outside traffic from parking in the garage?
Yes. By requiring visitors to pay for parking at their final destination,
i.e. SLO Resident, Sonder at Riverwalk, or Peacock’s, we are eliminating
the ability for unauthorized parkers to pay for parking.

How do my guests pay for parking?
Upon arriving at your destination and within 15 minutes of entering
the parking facility, all visitors must pay for parking via the
ParkingPayments.com payment portal. The payment process is
initiated by scanning the QR Code located in the Residential Lobby,
Sonder at Riverwalk Lobby or inside of Peacock’s.

Is Management monitoring the Residential parking areas?
Yes. License Plate Recognition cameras have been installed to ensure
that visitors do not park in the Residential parking areas and that
residents do not park in the Visitor parking areas.

What happens if someone violates the parking rules and regulations or
fails to pay for their parking?

Please take this time to review the property parking rules that are
outlined in your lease agreement and/or posted on the property.
Parking enforcement will be done both manually and via License Plate
Recognition cameras. Those parked in violation will be issued a
Parking Charge Notice.

What happens if I receive a Parking Charge Notice that I believe was
issued in error?

If you find that you have been issued a notice and wish to appeal it
with validating proof or pay it promptly, you can do either at
www.parkinginvoice.com .

What happens to repeat offenders?
Repeat offenders are subject to booting or towing at the owner’s
expense.

When you have selected the desired
number of hours and entered your license

Number and your card’s expiration
date and press .

A session summary will be displayed. You
can use the button to add time
to your parking session at any point prior
to your session’s expiration time.

You will also receive a text message with a
link to view your parking session details.
