Aishwarya Suultania

Aishwarya Suultania, born in 1984, is a Delhi based multimedia artist.

She completed the 1 year fellowship grant by French Embassy
Krishnakriti Fellowship at Ecole Nationale Superieure Des Beaux Arts
in 2010. She received a B.A. (Hons), Higher National Diploma, at the
School of Performing Arts and Creative Education, London in 2004,
and in 2006 completed a B.F.A in Painting at the School of
Performing Arts and Creative Education, Rai Foundation, Institute of
Advanced Studies in Education, Sardarshahar. in 2008 she completed
with a post-graduate degree in Painting, Government College of Art,
Chandigarh, Panjab University, with a gold medal distinction.

She has been awarded the grant Fonds Pour Les Initiatives Etudiants
(2010) and the French Embassy - Krishnakriti Fellowship Program
(2009-10), as well as the Chandigarh Lalit Kala Academy Scholarship
for young Artist (2008).

Claire Iono

A painter and cinematographer, Claire was born in 1969 in Paris.
She has been living in India for the last 10 years.

Ever since she was a little girl, Claire, said she would live several lives
in one. True to her word, she explored many different paths before
placing her art practice at the centre of her life.

She lives in the international township of Auroville in South India and
follows the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother. For Claire her
art practice is one and of one piece with her decision to walk a
spiritual path.

Her art pieces find collector's homes all around the world. She has
held several solo shows and has participated in several group shows
and international art fairs.

Divya Patwa

Divya Patwa, is an animal lover and a keen observer of their behavior.
The 31-year-old artist depicts the inherent nuances of the animals
through etchings with an aim to create awareness through her bold
and practical expressions.

Hailing from Madhya Pradesh, her tryst with art started right from
childhood as her inclination towards creativity culminated into
pursuing art as her carrier. Feeling lucky for studying in MSU Baroda,
she says, "Since then I have been practicing art and trying to evolve it
through my life's experiences and observations."

About her inspiration, Divya says, "Inspiration comes to me not from
any one particular thing, but from a combination of multiple things. If
you ask me what inspires me to create? Nature is my biggest
inspiration, my forms, textures and colours all comes from nature. It
plays a very crucial role in my creative practice."

Divya as an artist doesn't want to restrict herself to only one medium.
She says, "I want to explore different mediums and imprint it. It can
be anything and everything. This gives me a lot of freedom to express
myself in various ways. The doors of my mind are always open."

Ekta Sharma

Ekta Sharma holds a MFA and BFA in painting from the Gwalior
Institute of Fine Art College. She has participated in various solo and
group shows across the country. She has also been awarded several
times for her compositions. Her works are abstract and her figurative
work speak of folk themes. Ekta’s works have been included in many
important collections.

“I believe art is pure and honest and when one works with the same
sentiment, the end product is always soulful. In my compositions I try
and connect to my viewers, be with the tonality of my works or the
stories they are attempting to tell. A lot of my paintings include a
narrative of religious motifs and also mythical themes. The aura of
mystery that surrounds these themes intrigues me and I try to
translate the same on the canvas.”
