THE CHURCH

“Come on, Michael. Get your clothes.
We need to go to church!” my mom
yelled.
We were at home. My mom was
washing the dishes. Christine was
watching T.V, and I was dressing up.

“Mom, I don’t want to go to church. I
want to stay home.”

“Michael, we are going anyway,”
Mom replied.

So I slowly put my shoes on and went
outside into the car and went to church.

When church was over, we went into
the car. After 3 minutes, I looked at

Christine. I said, “Christine where is your
ipad?”

“I think I left it at the church,”
she replied. Christine was
worried and mom yelled, “I’m
not buying another one
because I spent $250 on that
We went back to the church and
searched almost the whole basement.
Then we found it!
“Thank you,” Christine said to me.
“You’re welcome,” I said. Then, we
got back in the car and went home.

That day, my sister and both learned
a lesson. You should never bring an
IPad to church.
