The Pool

Personal Narrative

  T HE POOL

By Mackenzie

“Honk Honk” Charlotte's Dad was here. I was
so excited. I ran out the door!!!

Me and Charlotte ran to each other. “Yay you
are here. I can’t wait to go to the pool,” I said to
Charlotte.

After that, me and Charlotte got changed. I
changed in my room and Charlotte changed in the
bathroom.

Next, we played with toys in my playroom and
also went outside to play tag for about two to
three minutes. Then we went back inside so my
mom could get changed.

Then...Honk Honk my sister Hailey’s friend was
here and they got changed.

Next, me and Charlotte played and Hailey and
her friend played. Then my mom finished getting
ready.

When she was done my mom said, ''It is time
to go.” So everyone got in the car and my Mom
drove us there.

Honk Honk there was a lot of traffic.
When we got there my mom signed us in.
There were no seats, so we looked around and I
said, “There is a spot.”
Then we walked to the chairs fast so know
one would get it. Then we played in the poo.

Then I asked, “Can we get ice cream
because there is an ice cream truck on the curb.”

“Fine,” my mom quietly mumbled
There are so many flavors. Finally we picked a
flavor.
Then me and Charlotte sat in the shade so our
ice cream would not melt.
Then we got in the pool...a couple minutes
later… 1 minute left. One minute later… time to
go. We got out of the pool.

We got in the car and then dropped off
Charlotte at her house.

After we went home.
I was sad because I did not want Charlotte to
leave. It was such a fun day.
