Thank you for the opportunity to introduce my hospital-based radiology practice, National Radiology
Consultants. I founded this company in 2003 for the purpose of enhancing and providing quality, accurate,
and timely professional radiology services to our hospital customers, their medical staff members as well as to
the patients we mutually serve. National Radiology Consultants provides superb and comprehensive hospital
based diagnostic and interventional professional radiology services, as well as in-house teleradiology to the
communities we serve, all with an emphasis on patient care.

As the President and Chief Medical Officer of National Radiology Consultants, I maintain a very active role
within the practice. Not only do I lead the strategic vision to provide market leading, high-quality and
comprehensive services to our customers, I do so from the perspective that only an actively practicing
radiologist could provide. While there are other large radiology practices in the community that claim to be
“radiologist or physician driven,” the reality is that many of those “physician driven” practices are led by
individuals who no longer practice radiology or in some cases by individuals who never have.

National Radiology Consultants has invested heavily in technology which allows us to:
